Pros:
(1) Tasty food -the fries were crunchy and fluffy and flavorful, and the burger was juicy and plump and had a good amount but not too much of sauce
(2) The prices are very fair
(3) The interior is not too loud, though that might would change if there were more people
(4) We asked for the BLT to have extra-crispy bacon, and they did a good job at that
(5) The portion size is just about right

Perfect sports bar! Tons of TV’s with every game possible. The management is brilliant; they label every TV in the house with the game it will be showing so you know where to sit when you walk in in order to see the game you want to watch. They broadcast the volume too! The food is the best “bar food”…all the apps are great. My favorites are the mozzarella sticks, potatoe skins, and spinach artichoke dip. Main dishesv like burgers, chicken tenders, sandwiches, are all generous portions. Their fries are the best! All prices are reasonable. Super friendly staff! Huge bar with anything you might want to drink. Local favorite and KC mainstay. Great family friendly option. Able to accommodate big parties and small groups. Tons of tables. Ample parking.

This is the second time I have come here and left heated. Today I came in and they had three servers for a full house. My waiter (Devin) was struggling to keep up, doing his best to bounce around and keep everyone happy. Even with that it was slow service and we ended up missing food that we waited and asked for multiple times over the two hours we were there. It never showed up due to some kind of excuse. I could see he was doing his best, but you know who wasn’t? The manager, seemed like he wasnt doing anything. I saw our waiter talk to the manger expressing how our table was upset about quite a few things. What did he do? Nothing, he waved it off and went to the back. Didn’t step up and help his staff, come check on up, apologize for any feelings or inconvenience we felt. Just a bump on a log. It got to a point I asked Devin to get the manager and what does the manger do? Come out and talk to other tables passing us up and goes to the back confused as to where we were. I guess he finally put his eyeballs in his head and saw us sitting exactly where the server pointed to us three times. Finally get the manager over to us and I express my disappointment in his lack of caring if people are upset and how his server is working his butt off and he doing nothing other than standing in the back. What was his response? ‘What do you want me to do about it?’ I responded heated telling him to be a manager? be a team player? help your team? apologize when your customers are upset? What was his response to that you may ask? ‘Sorry you feel that way.’ I respond, ‘yea, me too’, he says ‘okay’ and walks away. So 0 stars for him to match his 0 effort as a manager. p.s. Still never got our missing meal. Since the server comped it for us the kitchen ‘stopped making it’

Food was OK, service was on par but the vibes were great. Kinda dark and divey yet high ceiling and plenty of large TVs elevated the experience. I’d recommend it for watching games or day drinking on their patio.

Had an amazing experience here! The bartenders were so kind and attentive. The burgers were $10 on Thursday. I got the Route 66 Booga with onion rings and it was AMAZING! The onion Rings are handbreaded! The sauce that they give you with it is incredible! Had a great experience! Only regret is not taking good pics, I dug right into it all!

We had a lovely server! Always love the atmosphere. But holy cow the cooking today was NOT good.
Pot stickers weren’t the best thing we got today. But the crispy parts definitely tasted like they were cooked next to hamburgers.
My patty melt had ZERO flavor
I got loaded fries and my fries weren’t even warm enough to melt the cheese
My husband got steak tips and this is where it went really bad. Even our kiddo asked why the bite of steak he had was “sour”. My husband already feels like throwing up. Zero sear on the steak. Middle was way undercooked for med rare.

Service was so slow that we couldn’t even get a meal, we had to leave. The place was practically empty and there were 5 workers just standing and talking. Our table didn’t get checked on for nearly 30 minutes when we were trying to order dinner. We had to leave and go to a different restaurant

Brandi almost pulled this to a 5 star review, she was nothing but amazing she was quick to take care if all our needs. This was my first time in so she suggest the PB burger. It was good but just seemed like it was missing something. Maybe more peanut butter? Possibly a fried egg? Unfortunately the fries came out weren’t the best. Brandi was able to get us a fresh basket right away. Overall meal was good and service rocked Hopefully another visit will bump up to a 5 star experience
