It’s 7:42 I came to Williams Chicken along with my husband and so far they did not give us the right drinks. There was a smell coming from the lid of my cup it may have just been the air. Service good waiting to see how the food taste. I still respect them for feeding Hutchins back then when the school was shutting down. I remember my sister telling me about it, but tonight how it’s going not cool! Food hot and Fresh and delicious!

Williams location tonight. We came through the drive-thru and ordered at the window as directed. The guy taking our order was cool and courteous . We ordered the 22 piece livers (photo on right) and gizzards(photo on left). Both were cooked to perfection. I’m so glad that my lovers weren’t overcooked or under and were tender! We waited approximately 15 mins and a lady brought our order out and she was also nice which makes you want to come back when you receive good service in addition to good food.

I went to William’s Chicken at about 10 pm tonight 12/04 I was in a white Camaro I’m stating the type of car I was in because I want the workers to remember me!! Anyhow I ordered a 8 pm Mixed get home and I have all legs and thighs over $30 spent on 8 pc dark meat and a 3pc dark dinner unacceptable oh and I ordered 1 pepper UNACCEPTABLE WORKERS I FEEL ROBBED!!! Williams chicken I need y’all to make it right!!! I called and I couldn’t even get anyone to answer!!

I was visiting the city of Dallas when I arrived at 12:15 am. I had to wait for them to cook some fresh chicken but boy was it fresh, hot, juicy and delicious!! Some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in a very long time.

I purchased a 3 piece dark with corn fritters today. The chicken was not fresh or hot but the corn fritters were. It was surprising because this location normally has great food. Very disappointing!

The Chicken is under cooked. It’s crispy but semi raw on the inside, you can smell the rawness of the chicken. The exterior of the chicken is crispy as if it was only flashed fried in hot grease but wasn’t cooked long enough. My order number was #280 and this order was placed 6-26-25 at 9:30pm. I’m a truck driver and this under cooked chicken will make you sick and I can’t afford to be sick while on the road. Please do better and raise your standard

First off let me say that the first time I noticed this place there was a line outside of the door. I did everything I could to get inside that day but it wasn’t meant to be. A few days later I made my way back there and went inside to order. It was early and they were just opening, so there a few dishes I wanted that weren’t available. I wasn’t impressed with my first piece of their chicken, but later after I’d warmed it up it was a whole different story. It tasted much better, but I gave the establishment a 3 star rating because all in all it just didn’t live up to my expectations.
