That said, the chicken can be inconsistent. Some days it’s perfectly seasoned with a mild kick. Other days it’s noticeably spicier than expected and occasionally it swings the other direction and tastes under-seasoned. It feels like the spice level depends heavily on who’s preparing it that shift.
Consistency is key for a brand at this scale. When customers order the same item repeatedly, they expect the same flavor profile every time. Variability in seasoning suggests a need for tighter standardization or clearer portion controls during prep.
The food is good. The concept works. The demand is there. But dialing in seasoning consistency especially with something as popular as the chicken would elevate the overall experience from “usually great” to “reliably great.”
Still a solid choice. Just hoping for more uniform execution across the board.
I am writing to report the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of Manager Valeia during my recent visit. She did not greet us, ignored our request for brown rice, and served white rice without explanation. When another customer who was Hispanic was helped immediately after us, she greeted him warmly, asked his rice preference, and replaced the brown rice pan for him, which was very upsetting since we had already asked for it.
When another employee kindly offered to remake our bowls with brown rice, Valeia rolled her eyes, smacked her teeth, and made dismissive comments before forcefully sliding our bowls down and telling me not to “talk to her crazy.” Her attitude was hostile, argumentative, and completely unprofessional for someone in a management role.
This experience was so negative that I lost my appetite and chose not to eat at all. As a paying customer and as a caterer who values excellent service I find it unacceptable that a manager would treat guests in this manner. I urge you to investigate this incident and take appropriate action.
