Ewwww im bringing the end of the year with Culvers. Had to stop by for the deluxe butterburger basket to bring in my New Year Eve festivities. No lines – no wait today. Ample menu choice. Jam packed with flavors. Employee *Talley* put a lil razzle dazzle on my lunch with his extraordinary customer service with high energy and smiles, paired with menu recommendations. Talley suggested I try the the Salted Caramel and Cashew Concrete Mixer…. 10/10… it was a hit. I think, I like it here. Adding this location to my favorites. Thanks again Culvers and Talley for a top tier end of the year, celebratory meal!!

(Last straw with this location)
Went through the drive thru and we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich basket, and a grilled chicken sandwich.
The service through the drive thru was nothing but rude.
I don’t mind having to repeat myself, and it wasn’t even the order taker that had me write this though she was unpleasant. The girl working along side her when I got to the window is what sent me to make a review. Very rude, I ordered a root beer no ice and she informed me it was out by saying “We out of rootbeer *whipped the cup at the wall* what do you want.” with a plethora of annoyance in every action. Then I receieved a Dr. Pepper with ice, and I did not want to correct her on the no ice request due to her demeanor. I’m not shy of telling someone what is what, but I was not about to deal with an attitude THAT bad just in the drive thru.
The food was good overall, minus overly soggy tomatoes, and getting the wrong sauces. Ranch is not honey mustard or Buffalo sauce, very hard mix up.
Not sure if I will be coming back to this location anymore, which is sad, because it’s in my hometown and have never had this bad of a disservice to this degree at this location until now.
Bring in corporate, I’m sure they would not be pleased with how this store is being run.

Had an amazing experience with the drive through lady Nicki. She was extremely professional and made sure to repeat our order to make sure everything was correct. I usually don’t leave reviews but she was very very good and I just had to. Sadly, you guys were out of cheese curds which was unfortunate but Nicki’s great service made up for it.

Would rate a zero if I could. Been here many times with a pickup order that I was able to get through the drive thru. Waited in the drive thru line for them to not listen to my name, tell me I have to wait ten minutes because I ordered online even though it was ready, shouted at me from the window, and then made me proceed to come inside to get my order. Stay away; staff does not know what they’re doing at all.

First visit my order was incorrect and missing items. Second visit I was not given a receipt or number in the drive thru. Waited for 30 minutes before going in and asking for a refund. You are better off going literally anywhere BUT here. I love culvers and this is the worst location I have ever been to by a very large margin.

I usually go to Lockport and they’re amazing every time. My order wasn’t taken correctly and the order taker was in a rush. She made both meals large and I only asked for a large fry on one meal. Overcharged me and poor quality. Fries were even cold.

Went one day inside, watched my order sit and get cold on the counter for 10 minutes because someone bagged it up and then forgot about it. They have one person on the registers even when they’re the most busy and that person is also multitasking bagging items. It takes about 20 minutes to place an order inside because of this. Today I went to the drive thru and ordered a water and pretzel bites. When I got to the window they didn’t give me my water. I said “I ordered a large water too” and the worker said “I’ll charge you for a small” and then proceeded to tell me I owed over $2.50! I said “for water??” to which he replied “I have to charge you for the cup” hello? I feel like I’m being pranked. The cup is NOT worth 2.50. #1, their BOTTLED water costs less at just 2.29 a bottle. #2, even if the cup needed to be charged for it should be around 30 cents. I know because I order one at McDonald’s all the time. #3, the Culver’s in Frankfort does not charge for their water at all. So something somewhere was miscommunicated. All of this is just to say someone either trained them wrong at this location or if not, shame on Culver’s for attempting to charge that much. It’s absolutely ridiculous to pay that much for fountain water. Overall this is arguably the worst location within the surrounding areas like Joliet, Frankfort and Orland Park. Will not be going back here ever again.

There were 7 of us ( 3 adults and 4 children)for one order. The cashier/server (Jayla) was patient and kind with taking each of our orders. The next time I ‘m in New Lenox will certainly consider this Culver’s again because of her excellent customer service.

Broke my boycott today of a few years after bad service. Should have went down the street. My daughter wanted there grilled cheese so I ordered double burger meal with everything lettuce no cheese. 23.00 for the 2 meals. This is the burger with everything. Get more on 1 slider couple doors down. I will not be ordering for a longer time from Culver’s.
