I love this place but the most recent time I went I was very disappointed in my order.. the lady didn’t greet us (which to me isn’t a big deal but I would have liked it if she confirmed what our order was..)
We got our food and drove off.. I checked the bag and thought I got what I ordered.. well I didn’t f.y.i.
The food we got wasn’t ours. It wasn’t so bad.. Something I COULD eat it’s just the fact that there was hair in our food.. and I mean a LOT of hair. (There was like.. four strands of hair in them. Long pieces too)
So my appetite was ruined and I couldn’t eat any of the food.. it was food that was cheaper than what I got so I wasted twenty bucks.
But don’t let this ruin taco bell for you! They still are a pretty wonderful place. Most of the time I get the crunch wrap supreme and it’s super yummy. Taco bell is on the pricier side and you should go there. This just so happened to be a bad day I suppose.

Food was good when we finally got it. It took a good 15 minutes to make our order. 6 or 7 people standing around waiting for food. 2 of them were DoorDash customers. Even they had to wait a good 15 minutes for their orders to go out.

Worse by the day, look at this size of these. There’s only one in here that is the size, or maybe a little bigger, than they should be. The burritos weren’t wrapped or toasted just thrown in. Definitely skip this taco bell.

Always an issue at this taco bell clearly the employees or the franchise owner needs to learn portions properly because if this is the future of taco bell I will never return. No meat on my tacos and the burritos I ordered was all tortilla and sour cream. Just go to a local joint at this point for cheaper.

Friend and I come here every night after our 8 hour shifts. Always get two smaller orders in the same car, never a problem. Tonight we were turned away while trying to do two separate orders from the same car, with no line behind us. We were told we could drive through again. So we did, absolutely no point in driving all the way around the building but we did it anyways. Workers were rude and passive aggressive towards us at the drive through window when handing us our food. Please evaluate who you have hired.

The leather long coat Mexican guy at the window was horrible. Rushing me and yelling through the intercom. We waited 10-15 min in drive thru just to be rushed and i asked for hot sauce which wasn’t provided and gave me 5 each for a $30 purchase. He Ruined my appetite. Do better. the nachos were a mess and my fiesta potatoes had sooo much cheese.

Taco Bell has gone so far down hill it’s ridiculous. The crew do t seem to want to be there nor do they care. Since when is a cheesy roll up bigger than a steak burrito!!?? I know… 2 small pieces of steak! Then the rest of the order was completely wrong! And the inside of restaurant is filthy. Some of the stores should actually be shut down it’s that disgusting!

Food was standard Taco Bell – not too special. It seems like Taco Bell is getting “pricey” for what you get. Time to increase the fillings to validate the cost.

The only reason this is getting one star is because your app will only let me get it won’t let me give it a zero pulled into Taco Bell’s drive-thru sat for almost 10 minutes backed out of the drive-thru went into the store was hollered at to use the kiosk or made my order stood for another 10 minutes went to pay they came out and said oh we don’t have eggs they could have put a note up saying hey we’re currently out of eggs sorry for the inconvenience type scenario but no they didn’t even greet us when we came into the store then when I left the lady sat there and said have a good day and I said this place is a joke and she says yeah you guys need some help I will never never never never never never never never never never ever ever go back to a Taco Bell you guys totally suck while I was standing there waiting for somebody to come take my money the gals and back were talking swearing up a storm talking about getting fired laughing coughing weather preparing food you know customers in the lobby I’m sorry but that’s just plain poor service and like I said if I didn’t have to give you guys a one star I wouldn’t even give you the one star that’s how bad this experience was and yes it does say I’ll never come back to a Taco Bell I don’t say things I don’t mean

Floor was sticky like it was mopped with soda. Pizza was weak, cold and looking old. They screwed up the chalupas and used beans instead of beef.
