Reviews
The portions were on the smaller side but worked out perfectly. I would rather get a few dishes and share vs being overwhelmed with sheer volume of food. The star for us was the Panna Cotta – rich and delicious.
Would definitely go again if in the area.
The lasagna nachos were interesting. Definitely had lasagna vibes and the texture and crunch of the almond flour pasta chips was something I had not experienced before.
The Maximus pizza was great. The crust was soft and crispy in the right way, the topping amount was good and I think the size may have changed/increased since some of the earlier reviews.
I’m definitely coming back to try more dishes. I think they have a lot of potential and will only improve over time.
Update 11/8/25
Saturday afternoon lunch – wow, so many good things to say about our experience here today.
The wings are amazing! Crispy and the garlic sauce with the Calabrian chilies really set these apart from just standard buffalo sauce.
Spoke with Chef Mark for a bit and he brought out some off-menu Italian wedding soup for us to sample and it was the right amount of spicy and savory with the Calabrian chili on top of the roasted meatball. I really hope this becomes a regular menu item!
Can’t recommend this place enough. Trae and Casey were so friendly and kind. We’ll be back!
I’m super particular about my pizzas and theirs checked everything off my list. Great quality, flavors, chew and since I’m a forker and my husband is a folder, the pizza took care of us both.
We also had their gnocchi app, and I could have eaten the whole thing by myself. Deeelicious! Big points on the Paloma as well.
Atmosphere is airy and industrial/modern with friendly service. I love that it’s a great neighborhood DP vibe and perfect whether with adults or kids.
This is definitely our new favorite pizza spot in DP, and we’re so looking forward to trying the rest of their menu soon!
About a month ago I got there at 8pm and the place was fully closed and they refused to seat us.
I gave a 2nd chance this week and got there at like 7:15 and by 8p they were putting chairs on the tables and shoo’ing us out the door.
I know it’s South Orange County, but 8pm is not an acceptable time for a restaurant to close. Their posted time of 9pm is ridiculous enough and it seems like they are having trouble even holding to that.
It makea it hard to give a business your money when they don’t stay open to accept it.
Very chill place with great location.
