No need for an extensive review. Moe went truly above and beyond for us, and I am very happy to 5-star this establishment. The food was so on point. Everything was delicious and the boneless short beef ribs were beyond tender and melted in my mouth. Dessert and cocktails were delicious, great way to start and end the meal.
Definitely came for the live music, which made for a perfect and fun backdrop to the meal. A great selection of some of my favorites from a bygone time, including Billy, Frank, Dean, and Tony Bennett. (Don’t forget to always tip the entertainment if you enjoyed it!)

Moe and crew are awesome. The coffee is unreal. Usually i have to go to my family’s house to get a cup this good.

Visited couple of months back for a quiet dinner friends, and had a nice time. Patio seating was a pleasure with the pretty lights, and Service was also pretty quick but they were not busy, so not sure how the service will be on busy nights.

I started stopping by here for a quick drink and lunch before getting home from work and let me tell you that I have become a regular here. The food is delicious, the service is impeccable, the attention to detail is everything from the owner to the bartenders. It is always clean, the food is already fresh, brought out quick and the welcoming energy about this whole place is what made me become a regular. Wonderful evening at Moe’s Bistro highly recommended. The drinks were outstanding. The food is exceptional. The 10 ounce filet mignon with the fermented garlic is unbelievable. The Cowboys steak with cowboy butter
is a home run and to top it. All Keylime cheesecake is delicious. Pleasant surprise, nice pianist played Classics soft music. The bar is very attractive, and the staff is wonderful. It was a busy night at Moe’s, but they were very efficient. Well done. I can’t wait to come back.

Amazing! Moe’s Bistro is one of those hidden gems that you should not miss! As soon as you enter, you’re treated like family. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm with an amazing aroma! We were seated by a hostess who actually smiled! Our server, was very personable and friendly, but not pushy!
From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was perfect! They have live music (piano) which was extremely delightful. I highly recommend Moe’s!
Did I mention that Moe (the owner) is actually hands on? Very impressed with EVERYTHING and EVERYONE!

I had the pleasure of having a romantic dinner with my husband at Moe’s bistro, the food was spectacular, the service 10/10, an elegant, quiet and very romantic atmosphere making my night an experience to another level; the chef recommended me a dish with John Dory fish which I loved, thank you very much for such a nice meal. Definitely a place to visit with family and enjoy a great evening.

I just discovered a tucked away gem here at Moe’s Bistro! From the savory, succulent chicken marsala to the tender chicken kabob that simply delighted every taste bud, we loved everything. Wow! This place has definitely earned a place in my top faves in New Jersey list.
