Literally the worst pizza place I’ve ever had an interaction with. Called to order pizza from my phone number I’ve had for years. No issues placing my order and was never asked to confirm my address. Then get a call and text from Henry Perkins (pizza delivery guy) raising his voice at me that I GAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS. How about no the address linked with my phone number which I have never lived before was where he took our order. Calls raising his voice at me. Rude for starters and two I’m not the one. Call the manager at the store. Equally as uneducated and dumb as dude delivering pizza. No help. Rude staff. Reasons why I tell people getting an education is important so you don’t end up in these jobs. Don’t even like Marcos but limited on the holiday. Take your money elsewhere.

Amanda was extremely rude, also made up a fake name for my order and didn’t follow the smallest of requests for my delivery. I know it was not that busy that someone couldn’t do their job, and when I called back she wouldn’t give me a phone number to speak to corporate regarding how I was treated.

I went in Saturday evening to place an order for Sunday morning. The order was for 8 square deals pizzas. I was assured that the manager would see the note at 10:00 when he got in. And that they would be ready by 11:30. On Sunday we went in they were totally ready wonderfully made and totally correct order I wish I knew the name of the lady that helped me with all of this but it was much appreciated

My family and I love Marco’s in North Ridgeville, however tonight, we were upset and disappointed.
I myself have worked in the pizza industry for 9 years so I have room to complain.
Our order was very simple, I know because I just finished my shift at a pizzeria before coming to Marco’s.
My order:
– Garden salad ADD Chicken
Did not receive chicken in my salad, guess I’m not having protein today since I was too busy to take a break during my shift.
– Ham & cheese sandwich NO onions or tomatoes
Thankfully no tomatoes however, the sandwich seemed to have extra onions if anything, so unfortunately my wife had to scrape off all of the cheese since it was melted to the onions. She was not thrilled about that.
Brownie and 20 oz starry was great.
What happened? I even paid for that added chicken.
I suppose next time I’ll just stay an extra 15 minutes at my pizzeria to bring food home.

Awesomeness as always. Since covid, they upcharge on the garlic butter in the pizzas. They used to carry 1/pizza for free but now charge additional for the garlic butter.

Our family tries to operate on a budget and I just love the value we get at our neighbourhood marco’s pizza, you know you’re gonna get fresh top quality ingredients each and every time, I actually had a conversation with our delivery driver and he told me he was super impressed with how often they have to restock their ingredients as they use so much every week I put a smile on my face because I know I’m getting good stuff…for the win

EDIT: They messed it up AGAIN… this time they dropped my pizza and had to remake it, not a problem. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes after work. OK. Got home, only to discover they MADE ME THE WRONG PIZZA. I ordered a thick, well done. They made a thin, well done, which ended up being a burnt mess due to the lack of thickness. I had to go all the way back to have them remake it a third time. It has literally been like 10+ times they messed up my order. I know, I am insane for going back, but it used to be soooooo good. I keep holding out hope that the quality will return. We have gone to this Marcos weekly for 12 years. This used to be the best Marcos around. Unfortunately, it has really gone down hill in the past year. I don’t remember the last time they got my order correct. Quality has gone downhill too. They used to make beautiful pizzas here, but now they come out sad and floppy with unbalanced toppings. It is clear whoever is working here now, simply does not care about quality.

Update. Ordered Marcos because of the availability of thin crust. They completely messed up a 2 pizza order. Took forever to reach someone on the phone. They remade the pizza that was wrong and we got it 45 minutes later. Dinner was over by that time. None of the pizzas were hot – just barely warm. Nothing extra for our inconvenience. The “corrected” pizza was a bit undercooked and looked hastily prepared I was told, “we’re really busy tonight”. So, I suppose they’re understaffed. When Marcos is bad, it’s frozen pizza bad. We’ve had “frozen pizza quality” from this Marcos the past few times we’ve ordered, and they’re not frozen pizza cheap. For consistent, quality pizza, look elsewhere.
So close… We’ve been Marcos fans for years, and I can evaluate this Marcos based on probably 100 delivery orders. First, their food has very good flavor. This includes pizza, subs, wings, cheezy bread. Where Marcos misses being a 5 star pizza place is a combination of many things. First, even a double cheese pizza has less cheese than most other pizza places. Single toppings can be pretty small in quantity, so I typically double that topping. Whether we get double toppings or not is about a flip of a coin. If I order a special cut or crust toppers, again it’s 50/50 whether I get what I ordered. Last delivery, the pizza looked as if it had gotten cold and was reheated a bit. Cheese was solid. Was barely warm. Unfortunately, other pizza places in our area are worse. I’ve filled out Marcos surveys many times. Manager gave us a nice credit on one order, only we never received that credit. When we want good tasting pizza that’s not loaded with basil, Marcos is still our best option. Just wish they’d try harder to get 5 stars from me. It is within reach, but they might have to hire better staff and more delivery persons to deliver hot food and as ordered.
