Every time we’ve been there in the past everything was good….the food, the service and the prices. Today was the complete opposite. We got there after the morning rush but still had to wait an excessive amount of time, we felt, for our meal. I ordered bacon soft and it came out almost burnt to a crisp. The home fries with onions and peppers was greasy and undone on top and burned on the bottom. That wouldn’t happen if they were turned more often.
And the service – I shouldn’t have to call across the room and wave the coffee cup to get a refill while the waitress stands in the kitchen doorway shooting the breeze with another employee. If it had been crowded I could understand the delay and inattention, I wouldn’t be happy about it but I would have understood.
I asked for a receipt and it’s barely legible and virtually useless.
I like the diner and the food if done right and I would give it another chance in the future, but if the food and service were the same I won’t be coming back. Life is too short and there are too many other eateries to settle for sub par food or service.

Service is friendly. Coffee was good. Food was a hit or miss. Eggs and pancakes (I’m a syrup snob so I had my own real stuff) were great. The cream chipped beef needed some help. A little salt and pepper would go a long way in making it really good.

The wait staff here are always be very friendly and accommodating. There is a wife variety on the menu, but their breakfast is amazing! The homefries and bacon are extra crispy and they give a generous amount. Both the stuffed french toast and chocolate chip pancakes are solid choices for anyone with a sweet tooth. The omelets are super yummy too. Hatboro special is a great deal and happy medium for anyone looking for a big breakfast of both savory and sweet.

Returned to diner today to give polite feedback to owner/chef about my poor experience there yesterday: Service was good, but they were out of Pasta Special & Meatloaf entree (by 1:30 pm!), TNT Turkey Burger I ordered was soaked in smelly grease & undercooked, did not come with the described toppings & gave me indigestion all day. (I know, I know, I should have returned the food before I ate it, but they were busy & I was tired…). The owner justified why the burger was greasy, told me a TNT Burger was not what was ordered (!!!), and did not apologize at all, let alone offer a credit / comp. I had enjoyed breakfast here several times, but no more. Live and Learn.

Love TNT Diner!! The Staff is amazing and the Owners Tim & Terri are a blast! The family element in this diner is quite clear and they care about the quality of food that is put out Day in and day out. Try the chicken croquettes you won’t regret it!! : )

Great Xmas eve breakfast with my brother.. service was less than 10 minutes. Not many people but the super fast and great food was an awesome start to a Xmas eve morning. Waitress was very proficient too.

They are the rudest people that I ever encountered at a restaurant. we were told to sit wherever we wanted. About 45minutes later they gave us about a minutes notice that they needed the table for a big party because they had no idea how long we were going to stay. Within 2 minutes the table was pulled away from us why i was writing something but but but but they got their big table comfortable and ready to be served. Food was bland.

Good food and friendly staff. They are pretty small so I wouldn’t say to bring a huge party here without maybe checking ahead. The food is pretty solid. Portions are good and prices are decent too.
