The new manager has no idea what they’re doing and is very unsanitary. They would take customer payments with gloves on and then go back to making sandwiches with the same gloves. I had to ask them to put on new gloves. Subway policy requires employees to wash their hands after taking a payment and putting on new gloves but they don’t do that here.
I ordered a meatball sub online and when I picked it up there was sauce leaking through the wrapping. I got home to eat and realized they had to wrap the sandwich three times because there was so much sauce. It still leaked through the wrapping despite being wrapped three times. The picture here is after I tried scraping off most of the sauce.
They also don’t read the “special instructions” field that customers fill out during checkout.
When I called them to get a refund I just told them my sandwich was made wrong. The MOD had to call their manager to figure out how to do a refund. The MOD is the same person that doesn’t wash their hands after taking payments. I was asked to call back in 20 minutes. When I called back, I was told my refund was processed. They didn’t ask what was wrong with the sandwich.
I regularly go to this subway but I’m going to have to stop. Who ever the general manager is has abandoned this place. I’ve only ever seen her there when they lost their best employees and she had to come in to train someone new. She should have shown up to help the understaffed employees before they quit (probably).
Her attitude was outstanding, and she made us feel welcomed rather than rushed, which is rare to experience these days, especially when someone is handling everything by themselves. The food was made perfectly, and the overall experience was one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had in a long time.
Aidya represents the brand incredibly well. Employees like her are the reason customers return, and I truly believe she deserves recognition—whether that’s a promotion, raise, or formal acknowledgment for her work ethic and professionalism.
The new manager has been absolutely amazing. You can really tell she cares about their customers and the quality of the food. Her friendly attitude and great customer service make such a difference. It’s so nice to have a spot nearby where you’re always greeted with a smile. Highly recommend stopping by!
