Seems like they recently lost some of their best employees due to understaffing.

The new manager has no idea what they’re doing and is very unsanitary. They would take customer payments with gloves on and then go back to making sandwiches with the same gloves. I had to ask them to put on new gloves. Subway policy requires employees to wash their hands after taking a payment and putting on new gloves but they don’t do that here.

I ordered a meatball sub online and when I picked it up there was sauce leaking through the wrapping. I got home to eat and realized they had to wrap the sandwich three times because there was so much sauce. It still leaked through the wrapping despite being wrapped three times. The picture here is after I tried scraping off most of the sauce.

They also don’t read the “special instructions” field that customers fill out during checkout.

When I called them to get a refund I just told them my sandwich was made wrong. The MOD had to call their manager to figure out how to do a refund. The MOD is the same person that doesn’t wash their hands after taking payments. I was asked to call back in 20 minutes. When I called back, I was told my refund was processed. They didn’t ask what was wrong with the sandwich.

I regularly go to this subway but I’m going to have to stop. Who ever the general manager is has abandoned this place. I’ve only ever seen her there when they lost their best employees and she had to come in to train someone new. She should have shown up to help the understaffed employees before they quit (probably).

Not at all what I ordered. This is the sandwhich that was in the bag once the delivery had already been made to the work place. Not really sure how the one I ordered and the one that was brought was mixed up.

I just want to shout out the best employee I have seen in awhile. I am an UberEats driver who deals with many restaurants and food service workers. I have to say Deandre/Legend is absolutely a stellar example of customer service. As the only employee on duty, Deandre was able to effectively communicate with multiple customers at a time and handle dinner rush without help. He was courteous, respectful and attentive. He handled orders in the proper manner of priority and was even worried about calling for backup because it was his bosses’ day off and did not want to be a bother. He is also talkative and an absolute joy to interact with. Overall a 10/10 employee and a genuinely pleasant young man to interact with. Thank you for the experience, Legend.

I want to take a moment to recognize Aidya at the Subway in Justin, TX. She was working completely alone during our visit, yet you never would have known it by the level of service she provided. Aidya went above and beyond—she was friendly, patient, efficient, and genuinely helpful with recommendations.

Her attitude was outstanding, and she made us feel welcomed rather than rushed, which is rare to experience these days, especially when someone is handling everything by themselves. The food was made perfectly, and the overall experience was one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had in a long time.

Aidya represents the brand incredibly well. Employees like her are the reason customers return, and I truly believe she deserves recognition—whether that’s a promotion, raise, or formal acknowledgment for her work ethic and professionalism.

Went to this location after church. Was disappointed that the veggies were not fresh..literally everything looked old. I had ordered black olives and ended up picking them all off. They had a weird taste. The best part of Subway to me is having fresh crisp veggies.

I went to Subway in Justin today. Was helped by Ivy who was more than amazing! When I say my sandwich was to perfection that is what it was. Everything I asked for and the way I wanted it made was given even with the two new employees there learning. This location was clean the food was fresh and good. I asked for my bread to be toasted and it was toasted perfectly. Ivy was so patient and walked the two new employees through sandwich making, serving customers with great service, ringing up orders, and taking cash. Ivy gave positive feedback to the employees and this is someone who was willing to take the time to please not only the customer but make sure the employees knew they worth. The team that I saw in these three was outstanding. I will for sure be going back for the great food and amazing customer service I received! Don’t let me forget that I went right before noon and had my two sandwiches made correctly within a few minutes!!! Ivy is a GIM and is a great face for this company!!! Way to go on the awesome work as a Team and shows top tier manager employee partnership!!!

Not only did the lady behind the counter have an attitude from the moment I walked in, she also made a terrible sandwich. She was also rude to her coworker because she wanted to give special attention to the guy who came in after me. Never coming back.

I work in the area and grab lunch at this Subway often it’s always fresh, quick, and consistently good!
The new manager has been absolutely amazing. You can really tell she cares about their customers and the quality of the food. Her friendly attitude and great customer service make such a difference. It’s so nice to have a spot nearby where you’re always greeted with a smile. Highly recommend stopping by!

Came in late at night and staff was super friendly, Colt made my sandwich expertly and was super professional the entire time, definitely a good worker and a good person. Layla was the other person on staff and they were super nice while also making me laugh atleast a dozen times in the time it took for my sandwich to be made. Great staff and great food, always fresh and always tasty. Colt and Layla both need a raise for how good they are doing. From – Aidan.
