I had such an amazing experience at this Dunkin’! The staff was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. My order was made perfectly fresh coffee, hot food, and everything exactly the way I asked for it. The store was clean, organized, and the service was fast even though they were busy.
It’s rare to find a location where the team clearly cares about the customers, but this one absolutely does. I’ll definitely be coming back because they made my morning so much better.

We visited to get drinks . We ordered an iced latte and a hot latte. I had the iced latte. It’s good if you like sugary drinks. I could not drink it all so I diluted it when I got home. Way too much sugar included in the drink.

Overall this location was pretty good. I hadn’t been to a Dunkin’ Donuts location in a while. Most the Dunkin’ spots are kiosks. They have breakfast items and wraps. I ordered an avocado toast with bacon and a chocolate crissant. My family ordered grilled cheese sandwiches. It was fast and we really didn’t have to talk to anyone because the we used the screen at the register to order.

They had a blue cleaning rag on top of the donuts. When I pointed it out, the cashier pulled the rag off and threw away two donuts. I said, “the whole thing needs to be thrown away.” So she picked up the tray and set it to the side. I had to persistently tell her to throw them away. If she was this resistant with throwing away donuts then they are not looking out for the health of the customer. Very gross and disgusting.

ALWAYS check your bag before leaving the store. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt many times chalking it up as an innocent mistake when they leave out an item or 2. It’s nearly a weekly occurrence now. Not sure if it’s the staff or part of their business model but it does not create a very good experience. Dunkin is usually solid, however this location could use some improvement.

Donuts were dry. They where constantly moving and handling donuts to one tray to another exposed next to a open door . Too much exposure of food . Will not come back .

Would give 0 stars if possible. Cashier would not acknowledge me visually as I ordered, instead looking at my male friend behind me who said nothing. He put the items in the computer as I said them but still wouldn’t acknowledge me. And still got the order wrong. Very disrespectful.

Literally the worst. It doesn’t matter if they have 2 or 10 people working….they are slow and they skip orders which is annoying. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes for a plain old coffee when there is 6 people behind the counter and the I’m only customer in the store. Then get my luke warm coffee AFTER the person who comes in and orders while I’m waiting. This happens Every. Single. Time.
