They even surprised us with complimentary cookies, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can tell they truly care about their customers.
I will definitely be stopping here every time I’m in the area and highly recommend supporting this wonderful spot.
now to the service! it was nothing short of excellent. the lady behind the counter, jinyoung, was extremely sweet and knowledgable!!! she offered me some of their yummy broth with my topokki, and even gave me and my roommate korean cookies at the end of our meal. it was so lovely to meet her!
we will definitely be back if we find ourselves in the area again 🙂
We recently tried their Gimbap Box, and it exceeded expectations. The portions were generous — perfect for a satisfying meal — and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The gimbap was tightly rolled, flavorful, and packed with well-balanced ingredients that complemented each other beautifully. Every bite had that comforting, authentic taste you hope for.
The broth served alongside was just as impressive. It was warm, rich, and deeply flavorful without being overpowering — the kind of broth that feels both comforting and thoughtfully prepared.
What really elevated the experience, though, was the service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and efficient, making the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. Great food is one thing, but excellent service makes you want to come back — and I definitely will.
Jaws Express is a fantastic spot for a quick yet satisfying Korean meal with quality, portion, and service all on point. Highly recommended!
The popcorn chicken was hands down our favorite. Even my picky eaters couldn’t stop eating it! The fried rice cakes dipped in sauce reminded me of the street food I grew up with such a nostalgic flavor.
The rosé tteokbokki was creamy, flavorful, and just so good. The kim mari was crispy and delicious, and even the udon soup broth was comforting and tasty.
The cheese balls were a huge hit we were literally competing for the last one! Staff was so kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
The slushie tasted exactly like the Korean “Jaws Bar” ice cream.
Definitely coming back with the kids again!

The fishcake soup was really good and had a nice heat to it. Gotta have it with gimbap!
The owner lady working here so cute and nice. She was super attentive and personable. I really liked it here. 🙂
Honestly, with this quality at this price — it’s amazing!
The tteokbokki, fried snacks, and kimbap were all delicious.
We had such a happy time here.
Highly recommend grabbing some to-go, go home, and enjoy it slowly while watching Netflix ✨
