Be careful with pick up here… these employee’s are going to set you up to fail every single time. If you have drinks, make sure you go and get your own straws! cuz these employee’s won’t have it in the bag for you. If you have multiple drinks ask for a drink carrier, cuz these employee’s won’t provide you one in the “pick up” area. Double check everything cuz sometimes your 2nd bag of food or another drink is not sitting with the rest of your stuff!

Went in early in the week to order enough for our baby shower Sat. Ordered the 12 pack catering order with 2 extra subs on wheat bread so I was sure to have enough for 12. I specified my order repeatedly and told the guy I want cheese on all. I’ll take ALL toppings on the side so guests could build there own. I said I’ll pay extra for more sides because I want plenty. The bill was over $70. This is the catered subs. I was so EMBARRASSED. I was trying to grab cheese from my own fridge in a frenzy. 3 tiny containers of onions. 2 tiny containers of cucumber slices. Enough tomatoes for some reason. After the party I went back to Jimmy John’s and asked to speak to the manager who was there when I placed the original order. I showed her the pictures and she just kept repeating “unfortunately this is how our catering order comes”. I will try to get a refund by calling corporate Monday when someone is in the office. I will update. They deserve ZERO stars. Terrible customer service. The manager should be intelligent enough to find a resolution. She did offer me extra sides after the subs were eaten They’ve lost good customers. FIREHOUSE SUBS did a fantastic job for us last time. They will get my catering business from now on.

So I ordered a #12 Beach Club which is listed under the Favorites which clearly says it is double protein, double provolone. While the Originals are all single protein, single provolone. I received my sub and as you can see from the pictures, it hardly had any meat on it. I called up and spoke to a female manager who told me that even though their website says double protein, they only use 1 slice of meat on their favorites. I clearly will not be going here any longer.

Finally! I’ve been ordering from this store for years. It’s been hit or miss. Well, yesterday was the day. Everything was fresh, the sandwich was perfect and the best I’ve had from this location. Whoever was making sandwiches last night truly cares about the customer experience. Delivery was slow, but, everything arrived correctly and exactly how I requested. Thank you!

I was very disappointed for the online pickup deliveries because I placed my order ahead of time with two same sandwiches. The number 16 club Lulu and right before they made my mom’s order I switched the sandwich bread because I forgot how small the wheat slices are cuz it’s not like Subway bread. But as soon as I got home when my mom and I were unpacking our sandwiches, my mom found out that one of the sandwiches was not toasted and the number on it was completely wrong. It was the vegetarian sandwich instead of the club Lulu sandwich. So I called and I went back to get my other sandwich and they told me to keep the veggie one which I will gladly give to my sister. But I was extremely disappointed of the disorganization of all the order receipts and not double-checking which order goes to which person So then it doesn’t happen again. I am just very upset and I was very tempted to speak with one of the managers but overall the food is delicious but the service and the organization is very disappointing

I went in to get two subs. One for pregnant wife and one for me. As everybody knows pregnant women cannot have cold lunch meat. Other sub places have accommodated and heated the meat for a club lulu in a unwich. This place refused to do it. I know all other sub places allow you to heat just the meat why can’t jimmy johns. Also they refused my business after I asked them nicely to just heat the meat. I will never be going back to this location!

First visit. My friend and I both had wonderful sandwiches. The music wasn’t as loud as other visits which is nice. I thought they had booth’s at some point but I’m not sure about this location. But I prefer booths. I felt it was too cold inside which makes my experience a little worse. The value was average. I think I had a combo and it was almost 13 dollars. Damn good sandwich.

Typically y’all are pretty good at delivering but theres no way your cookies can get this beat up in transit. I have never had a cookie broke even in half at any jimmy johns ever. I can feel indents in the middle of the cookie. Im not concerned or requesting any sympathy or refund cuz its just a cookie but c’mon. Just makes me worried if something happened to my food. I even tipped.
