As someone who used to work in this store for years as a kiddo and manage many other PM stores for many more years as a young adult, my experience here was absolute trash. The two high school kids employed there tonight (12/10/25) had careless, hostile, depressing attitudes. Initially I had to call twice because they did not answer after 10+ rings the first time. The second time I called took about 20+ rings before they answered and I was able to place my order around 7pm. For the 8yrs I was employed with this company, we always answered the phone by no later than 2 rings MAX. No matter what- that was the expectation, no exceptions. By the time I finally placed my order over the phone and arrived at the store 5min later, I was genuinely happy as I was walking in… my nostalgia seeking and excitement to see the store was strong, but I left feeling like I was not only a total inconvenience as their refrigerator lines had been completely put away an hour before close, but I also felt as unwelcome and unappreciated as possible. On top of all this, they center-loaded the 2 large pizzas I ordered and forgot a grand total of 4 ingredients between them both. The audacity of charging me $45 for 2 large pizzas with 2 additional toppings… that WEREN’T even added to the pizza… pathetic, ridiculous, and laughable. Who hired and “trained” these guys? I live far enough out that when Papa Murphys came to Olathe several years ago, we were excited to have an option for pizza, since we couldn’t get delivery. Quality is always a 10, taste is great, love trying the new options, always greeted when I come through the door. Please bring back the bubble bread!!
