After receiving my food, I noticed there were no napkins in the bag. I politely asked the woman at the counter—who was not busy and simply standing next to the register—for a napkin. Instead of assisting me, she abruptly said, “Look in the bag,” in a dismissive tone. I found this response unnecessarily rude, but I let it go.
Shortly after, I accidentally spilled my cup of water on the table and floor. Concerned about someone slipping, I asked the same employee if she could please mop the area. Her response was appalling: she sarcastically told us to “just move,” showing no willingness to help. When I told her that her attitude was unacceptable and asked for her name, she refused to provide it and continued to badger me, saying the spill was my fault and not hers.
This wasn’t just poor customer service — it was a clear safety issue, and she made no effort to address it. My wife and I ultimately left to avoid further escalation, but I am deeply disappointed by how we were treated..

On a positive note, there was a young male Asian employee present who was very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Although he wasn’t directly involved, he appeared genuinely apologetic for the situation. His actions and demeanor clearly showed that he is a dedicated, customer-oriented employee, and I wanted to recognize and thank him for his professionalism. Kudos to him!
This level of behavior from the cashier is unacceptable, and I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously. I would appreciate a response regarding how this will be handled, including any corrective actions or training to ensure this does not happen to other customers.
