Waited over half an hour before finally requesting a refund for the food we order but never received.
The what I assumed to be owner approached us to let us know of their difficulties of the day. Apparently several employees had called in or quit. The ac had been out for months from previous management. All from what we are told. They gave us full refund and our order after about 45mins in the location. Left to go eat in the car only to realize they had completely messed up the order. But hard to complain about free food. The restuarant was hot sticky and felt gross overall.

In the past year things must have changed. While new group of people was working. Things were running smoothly, our food was pleasantly good, the restaurant was clean! On my next visit maybe I won’t be reluctant to stop in and get a bite to eat. Good job guys!

Nasty place, floors are sticky all the time, flies everywhere, it’s ridiculous.
We decided to give them another chance.
Looked up the time they closed, said it was 10 and it was about 8:55 so we went through the drive through. As we’re pulling in we see one person at the window and another in front of us. By the time we get to order it’s about 2 minutes after 9. We sit there looking at the menu for a moment and the lady on the speaker says “we’re closed.” We kindly and with some confusion say we thought you closed at 10, our bad. She repeats that they’re closed. Absolutely terrible customer service.
On top of all this their headset was supposedly broken but somehow she heard us over the intercom.

So when you go there, prepare for grease. Their chicken even tastes like greasy fish. If you are okay with that go ahead and eat here. The service is very friendly with listening for the concerns. They do not drug test, and do hire felons. I’m very happy with this business. Do not go to if in a hurry. They prepare everything fresh.

Honestly, it was a rough go. We waited 30 min for our food. Ended up getting our money back, and gave us what they had finished. I am sure the circumstances against the establishment were against their favor, people called in, no working ac, lack of experience. So hopefully later on when we return in the future things will be better!

I made a mistake rating this place 5 stars I had a great experience first time in there and rated immediately. After several more visits and experiences here I can definitely say I will not longer eat here. Ants were all over my table the last two times I’ve eaten here. They were out of at least 3 items I had tried to order. Napkins weren’t stocked and the bathrooms were filthy. The food was poorly prepared and terribly messy. Staff never once stepped from behind the counter.

Waited at the counter for 5 minutes before being helped and we were the only ones in line. Once we got our order they forgot a piece of chicken so I kindly asked them for the added chicken. The chick with the tattoo above her eye grabbed a boat threw the tiniest, hard piece of chicken in it and gave me an awful look. They acted like we were such a bother. We have been there twice and both times slow help or 30 min to get our food the first time. Also as we walked in it smelled like sewer.

My family and I just dealt with a loss and drove hours to be here with our family and we walked in to this LJS to get a quick bite to eat; the minute we walked in it smelled absolutely horrible, we were not once greeted when we walked in the door and stood there for a couple of minutes before we walked out because we were never told we will be with you in a moment or anything. Not until we were walking out were we asked if we had been taken care of! Poor service quality and it smells like sewage… the health department needs to take a serious look at this place!

This restaurant has both A&W and Long John Silvers. Food and service are fine. Both men’s and women’s bathrooms need to be checked and cleaned more often (I hope the red color in both ladies’ stools is just rust). The east wall needs to be repaired. The cardboard just isn’t enough. It doesn’t even cover up the whole hole in the wall. Again, food is good.
