I am so disappointed. I really wanted to try one of their valentine’s drink.. the heart eyes daydream refresher.. however i got there , i ordered it.. and pulled up to the window to pay.. sat there for !7 minutes! And they told me then they had no strawberry base can they get me something else. Uhhh no.. strawberry is the main holiday ingredient and only came there for a strawberry drink.. i was on my way to doctors.. waited at window for 7 minutes to be told their main flavor base was gone!!! I had to cancel and leave because i was running late at that point. And got nothing. Why couldn’t you tell me that before i got to window or atleast when i got to the pay window!!

Friendly staff and they make it fairly easy to drive in and out to get your order. We have stop and walked in a the staff always greet us and the place has been clean when we have visited.
The seating is limited but this location isn’t the best to hang out for long. It’s across from a smoke shop and I’m sure summer foot traffic is “interesting”.

I love dunkins drinks dont get me wrong but connellsville dunkin always serves cold food everytime I order snackin bacon or a bagel minis they are always cold I’ve complained in person and I’ve ask to make sure it’s hot when ordering and it’s still cold

I mostly go through the drive thru but it’s fast and convenient for me that way. They are having a special on the iced brown sugar latte right now for $3.18. It’s delicious but order it with less ice because they will fill it to the brim with ice if not.

It was our first time at this location. We went through the drive thru, if you have a truck or a large vehicle don’t attempt to go through the drive thru the space is super tight. It was a little busy but our drinks and bagel bites were perfect! I also recommend downloading the Dunkin app, you can get free drinks and has a lot of great deals.

Me and my mom come to this location a lot and we get the same thing all the time. We both get modifications to our drinks. Whenever Kelsey is working the drinks are always amazing and made perfectly. Everyone is always nice as well.

Customer service is what really caused me to write a review separate from the dozens of DDs I’ve visited in recent years.
I was fairly irate, I admit, when I assumed the staff had messed my order up. However, one employee (Sam or Samantha I believe?) was very polite throughout the entire ordeal and was able to verify that it was actually me that made the mistakes. Not only was she calm, she was still polite throughout our exchange, (to the point of even still apologizing after we determined I was the idiot!) that’s something that management should really applaud.

Carson’s Surface Cleaning
Connellsville Dunkin is the most consistent of all I frequent. A special shout out to Keith that works the drive thru. He is always super positive and kind. The rest of the crew is always helpful and NEVER rude.
