Not only did we get fresh cooked food. We ordered to much. The counter lady was very patient and helpful. Yhe place was clean. Restrooms clean. Tables wiped down. We were served at are table. Highly recommend eating here. Love the chicken sandwich with chicken fingers.

No general manners from staff. Just dry attitudes to be in customer service. Fries were thrown into a bag that was oil soaked as we had it handed to us after waiting in our car for over 15 minutes. Car ahead of us was there for 25 mins tops. Not going to this location again

We are from New Orleans where Popeyes is also from and in the Sioux City area visiting family for Xmas. We wanted to surprise everyone with Popeyes. Very disappointing experience. We asked for ONE breast and the rest dark, and we got majority breast and barely any dark. In New Orleans, Popeyes always gives us what we ask for plus extra. Soon as we saw the mistake, we went back in and told them we didn’t get what we asked for after having to wait an extra 15 minutes for our order. This woman stepped in between the kind employee who had helped us originally and started accusing us of having touched the food and how long had it been since we ordered (to which I said we literally just went through the drive thru). Then she started going off on how she wouldn’t able to sell the chicken etc (not our problem) and just overall this person (a manager?) was mean and accusatory and completely forgetting what customer service means. Definitely disappointed in Popeyes outside of Louisiana. Especially during the holidays. Not returning, thank goodness, food is way better in New Orleans.

Awesome service! We ordered three $5 boxes for our family of six (dine in). The staff have us extra boxes to divide up the food for our kids. We didn’t even have to ask!
The restroom was very clean even during lunch hour.
We were so impressed with the food that we went back for supper where the food was equally impressive. There was a mixup with our order and the manager was great about fixing the error!
This is by far the best Popeye’s Chicken that I’ve been to!

Twice have been here around 7pm, twice have had to wait for them to cook it special. Don’t close until 10pm. And……don’t have enough Mac and cheese….maybe should close like fazolis did and re open fazolis. Had better service there

Went through drive through around 6pm wasn’t busy. Ordered meals for 2 paid and was asked to park around by double doors. Waited almost 1 hour food finally came out. Should of checked bag but had 3 more hours to drive 20 minutes down highway realized they only gave us half are order of boneless chicken and also missing are beans and rice. Ill never go here again.

I am only putting the mandatory one star. This was the worst dinning experience I have ever had. Downright awful. My daughter’s and I had come in 10 minutes after they opened for the day. We were excited as we had never had Popeyes before. The chicken was pretty much non existent, inside a thick coating of batter that was white, not golden. The butterfly shrimp was not butterfly shrimp. Everything we ordered was cold or slightly warm. One of my girls got a chicken sandwich and the bottom bun was full of crumbled up breading from the sandwich like it had been sitting for some time as it was soggy. And the biscuits were dry, dense, and cold. Having only been open 10 minutes, our food should not Having been sitting that long, even if they prep some of it. The restaurant was also not clean, the bathrooms smelled like mold, tables were dirty. Staff was not rude, but not friendly either. For three meals, small and medium size spent 34 dollars to throw it in the trash. Unfortunately, this has ruined Popeyes for me entirely and I won’t try another one.

Waited in my car for 25 minutes after I ordered and then the fries were not fresh and the chicken was not hot you think after watching that long for fast food it would be fresh and hot but nope I will never be going there again pretty sorry for fast food they take your money then you pretty much have to wait the food and service really sucked

These guys only had two workers and still got our food out relatively fast. The manager was awesome and even threw in an extra tender for our wait. Great atmosphere, very apologetic for the wait, (which wasn’t even long), and were super super nice the whole time. Love you guys, thank you for everything you do!!!

There is more breading than tenders. Chicken is dried out because the the tenders are small and thin. Will not eat there again.
