Every single time I go to this location a short older lady gives me a problem. Whether they forget my ranch and I go back through and she makes a sly comment about how she “definitely put the ranch in my bag” when she definitely didn’t or when she doesn’t fill my drink up all the way cause I don’t want ice. it’s so unnecessary and uncalled for, you are not losing any profits, even if I did go through and ask for an extra ranch or for you to top off my lemonade.

They forgot our drinks in the drive thru. Tried to go around front and doors were locked before closing time. The short lady saw me and wouldn’t come to the door. She would only point to the drive through. Mind you this is 9:55pm and it says they close at midnight. The food was cold and stale. Terrible customer service. The short older lady was rude, when I was really nice about it. I just wanted my drinks that I paid for. I had gotten off my car in the rain. She knew they forgot my drinks and still made me go back through the drive thru instead of taking them to me. Had to wait behind 7 cars. Absolutely the worst service.

This is probably one of the worst Wendy’s. I’ve ever went to tried to go here to get breakfast. All the lights were on outside. The signage said they open at 6:30. I sat there and waited, finally pulled around to the window. Only for them to inform me that now they open at 7 AM. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Ordered a medium frosty in the drive thru (8:30pm). It was 3/4 of the way full. Asked the worker (older woman) about it as she handed it to me and she rudely said that’s how it’s supposed to be. It’s not, because I went through and got the same thing the night before and it was full to the top. She just didn’t want to be bothered.

I spent 30 minutes in line tonight (Tuesday, September 16, at 5:45 PM) just to get a kids’ meal and chicken nuggets. I had asked for sauces with my order, but it still took about 20 minutes for the food to come out. After that, I was told to wait at the window even longer. After I got my food, the window was really shutting my face before I could say I needed ranch and honey mustard again.
At the window were two employees a man with a beard and very unkempt nails, and a woman with black hair and a “bun”. The woman initially tried to charge me again for my order, even though the man had already run my card. Once that was sorted, she said she’d grab the sauces, but instead she immediately pulled out her phone and started scrolling right in front of me. I had to wave down the man again, who just waved back at me until I clarified I still needed help. I even asked if the woman was seriously just on her phone while I’d already been waiting nearly 30 minutes with a child in the car.
For such a small order on a Tuesday evening, this experience felt incredibly neglectful and rude. Also the food was stale lol

Drive thru order handed out by Daria… don’t know if she was one on speaker… last week they offered a substitution on meal with a upcharge. This week thawed, said it isn’t an option. And I couldn’t even have them not give me the item we can’t use .. that they couldn’t ring it as a meal and leave the item out of the bag. They had to ring as separate items for more $ with less items. I said fine. Give me the item we can’t use and I’ll throw it away. Was told to wait. She was busy and was avoided at having to give me the meal price for a meal with no drink. It was a long and annoying dance to just leave a drink off a meal…

My son LOVED the Wednesdays Adam meal. The new frosty that they had with it was SUPERBLY DIVINE. My son gobbled it all up the moment that they handed out tray to us. Y’all could a thing or two to the other Wendy’s locations in this town.
