Was an hour an a half into my drive to Cleveland when I finally found somewhere to get a healthy food option. Ordered an egg white avocado breakfast sandwich with ham on the mobile app and it was literally the best I have had from all the Panera’s I have visited in my own home town. Bagel was toasted nicely and the sandwich was hot and literally perfectly prepared. It was so good I could have eaten 2. Never knew this is how that sandwich is actually supposed to taste. Moral of the story, the ppl who prepare the food has everything to do with how the food comes out. Thank you to the morning staff who worked 3/9/26. I shouldn’t be this sentimental about simple breakfast sandwich but food hits different when you have the people who take pride in what they do make it. ❤️❤️

First off, how does ANY Panera have less than 3 stars??? Thought you guys cared about customers? Second, it’s 3:15pm, I tried to place my order at the counter and there’s a sign that said “kiosk ordering only” and I asked if it takes cash and they said no, card only. And I asked if I can place my order with them and pay cash and they said no. So I ordered on my phone. It said 10-15 minute wait, then it told me that time isn’t correct, and the earliest was 20 minutes. So I accepted. One minute later, someone behind the counter shouted “Any orders coming in are now taking 30 minutes!” Well, I placed my order already so I had to wait. 35 minutes later I asked how much longer and she said there are more than 5 more orders before mine. Another 10 minutes later, she asked the other girl where my sandwich was and she said “oh crap!” and pulled it out completely burnt. She had her remake it. It was given to me over 5 minutes later with the wrong toppings on it. I asked them to remake it right and they both seemed angry. So I said nevermind and took it anyway. Mind you, this is almost an hour later. I would NEVER EVER EVER stop here again. And I’m a loyal Panera customer. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My wife and i absolutely love Panera Bread. For fast food, Their food is such great quality. I know they are a bit pricey, but sometimes when you eat out and are in a hurry greasy fries and a burger just isn’t it. This location was pretty slow, but food was solid. Thanks Panera!

Please take the time to thank your crew members and the assistant manager that was on the register. The food was first class. The service was first class very clean restaurant…. I ordered the Asian chicken, sesame salad, a coffee and an oatmeal. It was so delicious very fresh… Again, I thank you guys so much and please take the time to thank the crew members that were on shipped that morning

Gave a 1 because I can’t give a zero! Horrible service!! The manager, if there is one, needs to be replaced. Took 30 minutes to get our order for two people. The grilled cheese was not grilled at all. Don’t try the new crescent sandwich, it was greasy and not good. The baguette and potato chips were the best thing. Do NOT go to this location.

Good luck having anyone take your order. Staff are just standing around doing nothing. This Panera is a rest area off the highway, drivers are weary & just want some food while the employees are probably not paid enough & don’t about the customers (just get another job).

I got a sesame bagel it was very good like NY bagels. They just toasted it and gave a small cup of cream cheese, I wish I had more cream cheese. They have an assortment of bakery items, different kinds of drinks and coffee.

Been here before. I know what to expect when getting French Bag as a side. I Also order an extra piece, knowing that I have to pay. Last night they were sold out of this bread. We waited til today to get our food so I can have this bread with my order. The bread I received today is very small. I can except the bigger pieces (even though they are smaller to) this 1 piece whether as a side or the one I paid $1.69 for is NOT acceptable. Picture below. All pieces should be same size. There needs to be a better way to split the bread rather then 1 employee ripping the bread apart. Especially since an employee can choose how big the bread can be. If I was to get chips or apples slices those are measured.
