Ordered online and added some things on to my sandwich and this is what I received. Literally got four pickles and 3 banana peppers.. this location used to be amazing with their sandwiches and now you pay $13 for a sandwich that’s worth five dollar foot-long.

Worst sandwiches we’ve ever ordered. Spent $42 on an online order, none of the sandwiches had what we ordered on them. The toppings we did receive were VERY skimpy and some of the vegetables on the sandwiches literally looked as if they were picked up off of the floor. Paid for extra cheese, received half the regular amount of cheese. Paid for avacado and didn’t get it. No mayo or mustard but all sandwiches had some type sweet sauce on them, not sure what it was. Tried to call to correct the order but nobody answered. Ended up having to throw out most of 5 sandwiches…

Braylyn, the female employee working when I stopped at this location, was the rudest person I have encountered in some time. I said hi when I walked in to which she said nothing. She ignored me entirely while she organized cookies for a full 3-4 minutes before rambling over to stare at me, not how can I help you, what you you like or any reasonable approach for someone in customer service. Truly unacceptable behavior and demeanor. For reference every other person I’ve encountered at this location has been lovely. Braylyn is bringing this whole location down with her bad attitude.

All credit to the single sandwich artist running the store on their own. They were incredibly kind and understanding, despite a little miscommunication about wanting a six inch instead of a foot long. They more than gracious with fixing the issue on the spot, despite me insisting that I would happily pay for the larger sandwich! I can’t imagine being in the spot that she seemed to be, and give all the credit deserved. The BMT was quite delicious, and couldn’t have been happier to choose my dinner here. Tip all you can! They seem quite understaffed, so give whoever is doing their best all the patience and understanding you can

Very poor customer service from the ladies who work here. Stood at the counter for 10 mins being ignored despite making eye contact while mobile orders were being made. Then when i get my sandwich it looks like a child made it. I wanted to ask her if she was at home would she make it that sloppy and half ass for herself? Very tired of the miserable employee who just goes through the motions to get to the end of the day vs having a little bit of integrity for their job.

I just picked up a meatball sub and asked what the softest bread was and the girl basically said she didn’t have the time to figure that out. They were all just cooked and for me to hurry up and pick. Strawberry redish blonde on the far right working the prep line 1250hrs on 07/15/25
I’ve got serious health concerns, and was asking for medical reasons.
The brunette was super polite and apologized for the way she talked to me. You ought to send this gal packin. I can never recommend this place to any professional contacts that travel to this town on business now. And that’s a damn shame.

I haven’t eaten yet but the two people who helped me on Sept 16, 2024 at 11:57 a.m. were some of the most unfriendly people I’ve ever seen at a Subway. Their attitude made me feel like I was an interruption and inconvenience. Two stars because they were cleaning when I came in and the store was clean and I’m going to assume the sandwiches are right because i watched them make them. For some weird reason I tipped them. Probably because it pops up on the screen when you check out. Maybe it will prompt them to have a better attitude for the rest of the customers.

this use to be a decent place to go get a good sandwich I just went in there before 11 o’clock stood at the counter for 10 minutes while one of the associates was messing around in the back and the other one was helping one of two customers in the store, which I was the second. I ask for my breakfast sandwich steak egg and cheese and bacon was told that I couldn’t get a breakfast sandwich because it was after 11 o’clock. It was 1105 and I been standing there for 10 minutes. I said you can put egg on the sandwich? and she said no not after 11 o’clock , so completely satisfied with the service there will not be coming back .
