This place has seriously gone downhill! They have no customer service skills. My fries were hard & cold & on the bottom of the bag squished by both burgers & a box of curds. They offered no sauce for the curds & the girl at the drive thru window tapping her nails & acting like I was interrupting her. She tried to give me a soda instead of the float I ordered & didn’t give me a receipt. The person that had to bring my food out told me I had to drive back through for a receipt & that girl looked at me really irritated. I live less than a quarter mile away & the fries were cold & hard. Even the air fryer didn’t make them edible. Waste of money. Don’t go here!

The restaurant area was IMMACULATE. The service was very prompt and my order was correct. They had DELICIOUS root beer, as always. I ordered the A5 Coney Cheese dog with onions. The food was piping hot and satisfied my craving for a chili-cheese dog.
The area around the restaurant is kind of sketchy (vagrants in the area, as is common in this section of Bridgeport). Make sure you lock your car and I recommend sitting where you can see your vehicle. I would not recommend coming here at night if you are a solo female. Stay safe and come get some good, fast food.

As soon as I walk up to the register, the young man is there waiting for my order. Took only 2 minutes to order. Within 3 minutes, our order is served and very fresh and very delicious. Clean lobby and very funny and polite. Will return for the Root Beer Floats that I crave so much for when I had been a child in California. Did enjoy the Strawberry shakes. Very delicious and tasty. Yummies!!!!!!!

I would give zero if I could. The Nina (what it said on her hoodie) girl was absolutely horrible! She even yelled at her co worker. We waited over 5 minutes for our order to be taken, the Nina chick was rude. Never said thank you or your welcome no matter how many times I said thank you. Gave attitude when asked for ketchup and super rude when I paid with cash. Will never return to this location

The lady at the counter was nice and the employees were nice. However, they royally messed up our order. We got our drinks, no ice. We went to get soda, not carbonation. We got our food, missing a meal. We got all the meals finally, forgot the sauce. Finally got everything and when we got home, my burger was not the burger I ordered. My boyfriend’s bacon burger had one slice of bacon. My daughter ordered two drum sticks, she didn’t receive that. I’m a manager at a fast food spot so I understand that mess ups happen and people get busy. But this was to many mess ups. Fast food is not that cheap anymore so to pay 50$ for drinks we can’t drink, for food we wanted but didn’t receive.. it’s frustrating. Leadership here needs to change because I’m not the only one that this has happened to and it’s a on going issue that needs to be addressed.

We ordered at 5:55. We got our food at 6:25.
Fast food? Compared to what? Slaughtering and processing the cow into patties myself?
I have kids. It’s hard to go to restaurants because kids hate to wait for food. Fast food is the best option with kids. But we’d have been better off at a sit down restaurant. The service would’ve been faster and at least at the end of the wait the food would’ve been worth the time.

Never ever going here again! We even went close to lunchtime. We ordered two Papa Burgers and neither of them had two patties like shown in the menu. There was very little sauce and only one slice of cheese ripped in half to make it two slices. The burgers that were on them were small and cold like they were just below room temperature. I read so many reviews from other people having cold meat served to them I think this place just needs to have a visit from the Department of Health. Don’t go here! You’re better off going next door to Church’s Chicken or Denny’s.

Ordered two drinks without ice, was pretty specific and said it multiple times. Still got ice. Wouldn’t be that big of a deal if I didn’t have to sit here and wait five minutes for food. No one around, literally two people in line, why are we waiting over five minutes for our food?
Don’t recommend, this is not the first time I have been let down by this restaurant. Will not return.

the inside was closed to customers, drive thru and to go only. Asked for a chili dog and got a chili and cheese dog. I prefer just chili from A&W. Next I got some chicken as this is combined with KFC. They did give me some extra. But it was so greasy. Good but dang drain it before you serve it. Mashed potatoes were good but needed mote gravy. Wife got 3 piece chicken strip and 1 piece was not cooked all the way. Staff could ha e been friendlier through the window. But it’s all good. 7:15 and maybe they have to many crazies.. but for real friendly service brings people back as much as the food.
