If you love customer service, this is not the restaurant for you. You have to order on the kiosk that is right next to the register that has an employee at it. That person isn’t going to tell you to use the kiosk. The other employee that walks up also won’t tell you. She also won’t listen when you say excuse me to ask a question. Maybe the super scent is from today’s rain? Regular Pollo Loco food. It’s good everywhere.

So today my mom went to El Pollo Loco on Tropicana and Nellis, ordered the food and when it came to the tip she chose no tip and after, the girl making the food smirked, so she came home with this nonsense(im talking about the avocados, the ones that aren’t cut/stored right hence the color)… like if you working with food have common sense and decency, If it looks bad don’t put it, better yet if YOU wouldn’t eat why would a customer?!? Chicken was dryer than Diddys baby oil stash, Horrible would rather go to any other chicken spot than here.
I recommend Pollos El Dorado on Mtn.vista and Russell 100x better!!!!

As with all places, this one has gotten a little pricier.
$10 bucks for a chicken quesadilla is a bit too much. (Especially when you only get 3 pieces with limited chicken in it.)
Used to be my favorite place for a quick, fast food dinner, but I have scaled back.
My original 2 piece white meat meal is now around $11 bucks. (And it’s only 1 chicken breast & 1 wing and 2 small sides.)
If I’m tired and don’t wanna cook, then for convenience, I’ll still eat here occasionally.
However, after all the years that my family and I have been going here as regulars, we’ve sadly had to taper off from eating there.
Overall, the price scale doesn’t justify the cost.
Again, it’s just my opinion…

Gave me two shrimps on my shrimp taco and gave me two wings forgot the other two legs guess there tryna get there food cost down early still put beans and cabbage in my burrito good thing I wasnt allergic to beans or cabbage at least the Mac and cheese and mash potatoes was correct
