I was looking forward to my chicken habanero sandwich, but the two ingredients that make the sandwich good were missing: pineapples and sweet habanero sauce. Instead, banana peppers were added. To make matters worse, I tried to call and was on hold for 15 minutes before I decided to hang up and write this review. It’s 3:30pm, so chances are the story is not busy at this time. This is just a shame. If you had picked up the phone, you could have just fixed the mistake or apologized without dropping your reviews. Maybe because it is Swainsboro, GA and there isn’t much competition you just don’t care? That’s really sad too.

Received Pizza 10 minutes after the app said it was ready. Could not make out a word that the manager said other than asking for my name. No offer of an explanation or an apology for the delay. Should learn the words “thank you”.

Horrible customer service. We ordered at 12:00 and didn’t receive our food till after 1. The staff did not apologize and didn’t not act professional. Didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in. They were not busy we were the only ones in the store.

Im not in town often, because I live out of state. However, After a Long, Hard day, I decided to support you guys, and I ordered Two Pizzas for delivery at 8:00 pm. It is now 10:00 pm, and my Pizzas still have not been delivered.
This means I have been waiting for my dinner Two Hours. I have tried to call several times, but I was not able to get through. This is Totally Unacceptable, I will demand a Refund, and not patronize your business again.

I’m giving it a one star due to several issues I’ve encountered recently. I’ve always ordered Domino’s & have never had problems before, but recently things have changed. I placed an order on 3/21 at 8:21PM & waited over an hour and 20 minutes, so I ended up calling to cancel my order. When I called to cancel I was told that my pizza hadn’t even been made yet & it would take another 45 minutes, so I canceled. I will say the lady over the phone was nice & apologized! I decided to give them another chance the following day. While the wait time was a bit longer than normal, I didn’t have to cancel this time. Unfortunately, when my pizzas arrived, one was completely wrong! My parents picked my order up & brought it to me, they did not check the pizzas as they expected it would be correct.
I don’t know what’s going on with this Domino’s, but I hope they can address these issues soon!

If I could give a lower star rating, I would. I had to wait 50 minutes for my pizza. When I pulled up to the window after waiting 20 minutes, they told me that it would be 30 more minutes for the pizza. The lady at the window was also very rude and very detached from providing good customer service
