Swainsboro, GA Domino’s pick-up window is needing road work. It felt like I was driving off a cliff as soon as I left the window. Couldn’t tell it was that bad as it’s hidden by a very large puddle of water. AND, there is really no exit. You have to turn around and have to be careful not to fall into another large hole

Placed a order paid for it and the store calls and says sorry we don’t have the items you ordered we are completely out! I asked what are you going to do? They say would you like something else . I replied no just credit my card back and they ack like they can’t do that. I told them don’t worry I will let my bank know to not let the charge go through. Don’t do any online ordering , you better go in person to see if they have any workers or food. Last time I ordered the store was closed at 7pm because they didn’t have any workers, would have been nice to know before I drove to town to pick up my order.

I am very disappointed in the service I have received tonight. The guy I spoke with you can’t understand and all he says one more pizza and we waited 25 minutes after the time the pizza is supposed to be done. He also states that he did not forget about us but they need better costermer service. I think the owner needs to make a vist ASAP. It looks like the employees are having a party in the back and most of them are on there phones instead of getting the pizza out the door. I am not the only person that was waiting for their pizza. If I could put zero stars I would do it!

I ordered pizza a few days ago, and I’ve got to say that I don’t know who made that pizza, but that was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The toppings were excellent, and the crust was perfect. The delivery was perfect, too. I got my order super fast. This was definitely one my best experiences, if not the best.

Just ordered tonight, got back to our house and realized they switched the toppings of 2 of our pizzas (the thin crust toppings were on one of the hand tossed pizzas and vise versa). They also didn’t put Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, which evidentially turned into a Buffalo Philly Steak Pizza because they were out of Chicken. All over not a great experience

Worst service experience every. Ordered a pizza at 1230 at 2pm still no pizza or call or text which I signed up for. Called the store on hold for over 5 minutes before anyone answered the phone. Told the young lady when I ordered my pizza, she asked my address then proceed to ask another lady if it had gone out. No reason why it was late no apology no anything. Just oh well we will cancel the order and you will get your money back in a few days on your card. I am in customer service as a manager and this was beyond poor customer service.

The food was good but the staff is horrible and just flat out rude. I ordered online and put special instructions in the comments for my order. When I went through the pickup line to get my order I was completely ignored by the workers and sat in the line for about 10 to 15 minutes until I was finally acknowledged. They finally brought me my order and I went home. When I got home I realized that none of the pizzas were cooked to order. I asked for extra cheese and the pizzas barely had any cheese on them. I asked for the pizzas to be cut into squares and they were not. I also asked for mushrooms on my pepperoni pizza and there were none on it. So I decided to call the store about my order and instead of being helped in a happy manner, I was met with attitude and while waiting on a supervisor I could hear employees yelling about how I was being a nuisance. Once the supervisor got on the phone I was once again met with attitude. They kept telling me to stop wasting his time and to check the receipt. Once he realized that he was in the wrong he just yelled at me and hung up on me before I could say anything else. Honestly it’s the worst experience I’ve had anywhere and they should be ashamed of the way they speak to their customers. Definitely not recommending to anyone.

I ordered a carryout pan pizza but that is not what I got. Partially my fault for not checking it before I left, but as you can see, this is DEFINITELY not a pan pizza. Only reason I am giving a star at all is because of the gentleman working the counter, as he was super nice.
