Food is good, service is another story and not a good one at that. No customers in the restaurant whatsoever when I arrived. At least 4-5 employees, one or two running the drive through and grill. I waited 7 minutes to be acknowledged, food order given,and waited on at front counter. Could hear a lot of laughing and carrying on in the back employee area behind counter. Floors, all tables, and soda fountain staging area were all uncleaned. Employees had plenty of time to look at and clean their cell phones though and laugh and sing and joke.
Time to crack the employee whip and square away the help, management!!Get them to working and not acting like they are on the local street corner hanging out with their buddies. This is not a good look for your restaurant.

-5 , so bad food was horrible. That wasn’t even a burger . Didn’t taste, look or even come close to taste or looks. 1/6” “patty” that looks like a science experiment. $35 for two kids meals and 2 “sandwiches”? Do not go to this place !

The restaurant was clean and staff was great. I ordered the California style double with fries and my wife had the original double with onion rings. All of our food was fresh and tasted great. The burgers were cooked right and juicy, not dried out. Service was quick too. We’ll return.

12.03 cents for a burger drink and toothpick size fries. Could have had a great meal for 4 dollars less just down the road at culvers. I clearly interupted the conversation of my server and though i ask 3 times do you have coke products i get to the window for her to say we have pepsi ok?! If you’re starving, this probably isn’t the spot—you’ll walk out feeling like you just had a very tasty appetizer disguised as a full meal. The portions are definitely on the “kid size but adult price” side of things.

Unprofessional staff. The laughing and joking was distracting as customers waited to order food. The place was empty when I got there. When I left the line was at the door and people look agitated at the facts I feel are unprofessional. For the cashier. Thank you for your service. You kept doing your job. If you want a good Freddy’s experience just avoid coming to Hope Mills location. Employees are the worst, you can tell how much they hate their jobs. Not helpful at all. Also food cold and horrible, you might need to return some of your ordered items because they made it wrong (it has been the case both visits). Then soda is gross in most selections, employees stated that how it is (like no one knows how pepsi should taste like). On top of that they have promos that are FALSE ADVERTISING. Like the one for National Frozen Custard Day. They made us download the app and everything and then they said that they can give us the promo because need to be 24 hours after downloading the app. On the add and flyers there is no mention of all that BS. They tried to charge me almost $20 for what was advertised in $5. Completely ridiculous. Would never go back and hope someone sue them for FALSE ADVERTISING. Attached is the picture of the flyer with the Fake Promo they have running at the moment. (Both sides so you can see there is nothing saying the 24 hours BS)

I like Freddy’s I’ve tried different locations in different towns. Most of them are pretty great and the staff is great. I know this location just open a day or two but was really disappointed. They forgot my kids fries. I have to go back and my burger was not cooked all the way. The staff at this location was nice.

The customer service was very good! Our food was fresh. The burger was very delicious! I will say the fries need some improvement. I’m aware it may be Freddy’s signature fries, but it’s hard to dip in sauce. They’re so skinny that they get cold super quickly. I’ll be back, I’ll just get onion rings or tots next time.
