Was at the hospital ER for a family member, none of the machines were working, their cafe was closed so I door-dashed for pickup at Subway. Food was good, cucumbers seemed frozen but not a big deal! It was the end of the night and we just wanted two hoagies. Subway hit the spot! The lovely gal who made our hoagies was super sweet and our order was ready when we walked in.

So usually I like it here but I had a bad experience this past time. I ordered my food with the Subway app but stayed in store to eat it. I ordered a 6 inch Tuna sub with lettuce, sweet peppers, banana peppers, mayo, salt, and pepper. When I but into the sandwich all I tasted was peppers and mayo on a roll. I opened my sandwich and could barely see any Tuna. I took my sandwich up to the counter and told an employee that I was unhappy with my sandwich because it lacked tuna fish. He proceeded to tell me that when the tuna is spread out it seems like their isn’t much but assured me there was 4 scoops of tuna on it. It offered me nothing for my dissatisfaction. He didn’t offer to fix it, he just told me I was wrong even though I’m looking at a sandwich with practically no Tuna. What happened to the customer always being right? I won’t be going back.

I wish I could remember the employee’s name, but he was very good. There were 3 people ahead of me, Myself, and a guy behind me. He took care of us all, from start to finish (taking payment) swiftly and without error. He was also very personable!!! As I dined in a few more people had come and gone in the same polite and speedy fashion as I.
My Italian BMT was great, but those raspberry cheesecake cookies were to die for!!!
I hope that employee gets credited for his awesomeness. I was at the restaurant around 5:00 p.m. on Saturday September the 4th.

I think this was one of the worst Subway subs I’ve had, and that’s a pretty low bar for Subway. I just ordered within the last 2 hours, and you can tell the people putting toppings on are NOT changing their gloves enough. My turkey sandwich tastes like tuna, especially the olives, to the point I’m not going to finish it. Very disappointing but not surprised. This location also does not take coupons.

While the service is always exceptional from the sistah, unfortunately the owner’s attitude referencing selling STALE bread (and attempting to justify) is ridiculous. He stated, ” we always sell the old bread from the day prior and the fresh bread is baking”. Whatever happened to providing the customer with the option to wait on the freshest bread? Oh, you just prefer to rid of your old and get people sick.

My first time ordering from this one and it will be my last. This one is right around the corner from my job so it is convenient. I ordered 2 subs through the app with extra sauce. Not only was there not extra sauce but there was no sauce. I had to add my own. The sub was supposed to come with cheese & lettuce as well. None! The only thing that was on it was the peppers and pickles. How do they get away with this? It’s a shame to spend your money only to not get what you asked for. Never had this problem at the others. Never again from this place.

I can’t explain how great their service is 24/7! They’re always so kind, kid friendly, they remember my order as I’m a regular and pregnant mother! The place is always clean and the food is always spot on! I wish the cookies were a bit softer but I’m sure that’s how the company asks them to make it!

Came to subway a month ago, explained I’m allergic to Soy, and can’t have any of their breads. They compromised for me. Put the amount of meat in toppings you would get for a kids sub in a bowl. Charged me $2.25 for it. I couldnt complain, it was a low price and delicious. I came back four times after that, ordered the same exact thing, got charged the same exact price.

Today when I ordered my usual, they charged me for a salad. My exact words when ordering were:

” Can I please get a mini sub, but in a bowl because I can’t have bread.”

I politely explained they usually charge it as a mini sub. The response I got was basically because it wad in a bowl, they had to charge it as a salad.

I was so upset. I’m probably not coming back here again because now I feel like my allergy is a burden.

The place was clean, the people were friendly I guess. But, seriously? Ruined my day.

The past several times I’ve been in that store I never get greated by any staff. I’ve watched them ignore customers to continue their own tasks. And when the customer initiates conversation they are very inconvenienced by the interruption.

And when I tried to give them some advise to improve their customer service they shrugged it off as if it didn’t matter.

Only Subway I have ever been to that does not accept coupons. For that they get a low rating and I probably won’t go back because I get coupons in the mail every month. Aside from that, it’s your typical Subway. The atmosphere gets three stars because they are remodeling. Good staff, good food.
