we went around 7pm last night and got the new chai latte. the workers were not paying attention to us and only flirting and playing around with each other. we got our drinks and they were made very poorly. the cups were full of ice and too sweet. we did NOT get what we payed for

Yuck, iced coffee was washed out no flavor, drink wasn’t ready on time. Staff was just talking to each other. Pass this one up and go to another one! Might stop by here for an emergency coffee in the morning, but that’s as far as it go! Stop by Rocky point on Saturday and got a good coffee, lots of Dunkins on the island 🙂

It appears this location is under new management. The service especially the drive through experiences such slow service. Always a back up every time I try to pull up in the morning. The line is way too long for it to be worth waiting for. This is a sought out location so I hope this DD figures it out to expedite orders or hire staff that can manage the morning rush.

You need to take care of that restroom. Regardless of your service and the general cleanliness of your store, if your restrooms are nasty like that then chances are that your staff are not following the best sanitary practices.

This is probably one of the worst Dunkin’s around. We went after dinner on a Friday evening for donuts and ice cream. They had only FOUR flavors of ice cream and a few flavors of sherbet- I guess the 31 flavors is a thing of the past – CHANGE YOUR LOGO, lol!!! I mean, how do you run out of chocolate and vanilla ice cream?? Astonishing! Donut selection was pathetic – again only a few stale choices. Need better management and maybe pay your employees better so you get people who actually care, and take some pride in what they are serving up.

Great Dunkin location in a great center. I wasn’t scheduled for work today and learned that Dunkin sells Apple Fritters so I decided to come here and get some schoolwork done with some breakfast. Workers are great. Place is clean and I like how they renovated the place so now it is on tap and has plenty of chargers and also wireless chargers on the tables built-in. Right by Ciro’s Pizza and Chick-fil-A this is another great Dunkin. 10/10 on the Apple Fritter from Dunkin it’s delicious and not too sweet like other places. Just right.

Today I ordered the loaded hash browns and a raspberry watermelon refresher. I was severely dissapointed. The hasbrowns were cold, the bacon was hard as a rock, there was a dot of cheese sauce. The staff was rude at the window, and the drink was way too sweet. I would highly recommend going anywhere else but there. Not the first time I’ve had this experience.
