Does this look like a sandwich that should’ve left the shop? The other sandwich I ordered was supposed to have no onions on it and add hot peppers and it had like 2 tiny peppers on it**********edit********

Use to eat here quite a bit since it suppose to be quick and easy. Had an incident with an order. It was a regular order that was messed up 3 times took over and hour or more before it arrived. When I called about it the guy there Gus didn’t take a complaint and wanted to argue repeatedly saying how I didn’t explained what the problem was and laughing at me. Didn’t want to say his name at first but I had a buddy working there who told me that sound like him. I worked two jobs long hours and the first delivery didn’t even arrive to the location and the other two sandwiches wasnt correct even though I asked for everything on it. Won’t be ordering here anymore.

The store on 18th has the worst customer service. Don’t order online and expect to be treated well if there is an issue. They get smart with their tone and will literally hang up on you. Did the ex Freddie’s manager get hired here? Do not patronize this store!!!!!

We ordered from 18th an Broadway around 1:30ish the staff was doing more talking then focusing on customers and making food I ordered $50 worth of food that all my sandwiches came with literally one I mean one slice of meat barley any condiments. I’m literally having to eat a Bear naked sandwich.

9/12/24 I got a sandwich for lunch and 1 for dinner because today is busy, and lately. I can’t seem to get a complete order. I got my 2 sandwiches, chip, and drink. You leave off my cookie. (Around 12pm I ordered)
2 weeks ago, I ordered, and you left off my drink.
I’m usually not a person to pick. Totally showed grace to the delivery person 2 weeks ago that seemed stressed with people in the car.
Today, that cookie was my back up plan if my blood sugar dropped, a nice little treat, since I won’t be home or near a store later tonight.
Something so small can actually mean something.
So while your sandwiches are great. It feels crappy to now need to waste my time finding an alternate solution, and I don’t like throwing money away. I even tipped.
I totally realize how hard it is for people in the service industry, and I get it.
It just sucks all across the board. I give grace all the time. However, if nobody ever complains, nothing ever changes.

They have one job, make sandwiches. So how do they forget to put everything on the sandwich except cheese and roast beef. Nothing else!!!! Then they won’t do a damn thing about it because I Don’t want to turn around and drive 15 minutes in the opposite direction for them to fix their screw up.
