Order the family some Papa John’s during our evacuation from the Thompson Fire in Oroville and the North Sac location did not disappoint. It was made to order to our specification with a very diligent individual who was the chef. He did a wonderful job making sure we were satisfied and put pride in his pizza. Thanks Papa. I do a mobile order (feels like once a week), and it has made to my preference on point each time (there was one time it was lacking, yet it was still all good ). I’m greeted nicely every time, and they actually kinda know who I am upon arrival. Good place, good food, and great service.

I love to order Pizza from Papa John due to green chili and garlic dipping sauce comes with each pizza. Last time we order Parmesan crusted papadias which was cheese and delicious. I honestly cannot say enough great things about this location. Our local Papa John’s closed, and this is now the nearest one to us at about 25 minutes away. We don’t get to eat Papa John’s often because of that, only for special occasions like a kids birthday . It is so worth the trip! The staff are friendly, the food is always fantastic and the owner really loves What he does. He clearly takes pride in his business and taking care of the customers.
I wish he was able to open another location in the elk Grove/South Sacramento area but until that happens, we will happily drive to support this location.

The atmosphere of this place is really horrible. It didnt smell clean. The employee who greeted me had a dirty shirt on that appeared as if it wasn’t washed in 2 weeks. No customer greeting, that signaled he was happy to prepare my pizza. I’ll continue to eat Papa Johns, but NOT from this location.

My son recently ordered a pizza, garlic sticks, and cinnamon knots. Let me just say that this is definitely the WORST PIZZA, I’ve EVER had in my life!! I’m 61 years old, so you can imagine that I’ve had my share of pizza. If I could have given anything LOWER than a 1 rating for this crap, I would have!! Worse than Little Ceasars, and I didn’t think you could get any worse than that!! You as a pizza place really need to get yourselves together, it should be against the law to serve such inadequate food!!!! Seriously. And when I called to talk to the manager to complain, it was some looser who didn’t care about my complaints,so having said that, they need to TRAIN MANAGERS to talk to customers with respect. It’s all good, you don’t EVER, need to worry about getting any more money out of me or my family!!! Buyer be ware, Papa John’s SUCKS!!!!

It’s a chain pizza , nothing special. The sauce is sweet is that’s your thing. I liked papa John’s when they use to cook the pizza with the pep on the bottom of the cheese.

We ordered online and waited 10 more minutes for our pizzas to be ready. We had an order of wings,the one topping pepperoni pizza and one create your own. The food was tasty and the customer service was good and decent. No complaints here.
