very disappointed don’t know if I will go to this location again. Maybe try the food somewhere else.
Young girl with black hair made my order and completely just didn’t do it correctly. The place was not busy for her to have gotten the order wrong.
Protein Vida Bowl with barbacoa
3 beans in the whole bowl PACKED with lettuce. No pico…
My bowl is literally barbacoa, lettuce onion and cilantro.
Different styles of topping and condiment combinations.
The tacos were great, prices were reasonable.
Decor has a nice industrial feel with an exhibition kitchen.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
You really want to try this place.
Go now. Go
The place is clean.
My one complaint on service. It took 21 mins to get my food. The person in charge of the line left. One was at lunch and other in back. But literally no one was prepping food. I had to bother worker at lunch because I was just standing there waiting.
The two workers that eventually came to the line did everything quickly and had good attitudes.
Thank you District Taco 🙂
RECOMMEND A VISIT!!!
I ordered two Rice Bowls for lunch. When I got back to my shop, I opened them and realized both bowls had no rice. I checked the receipt and saw “No Rice” printed on it. I never selected that option.
I went back to the restaurant and asked for the rice to be added. The staff told me they were out of rice.
Let that sink in:
They knowingly sold a Rice Bowl without rice.
The menu still had the item fully available.
There were no signs posted.
No one at the register said anything.
The order wasn’t flagged or questioned.
I was still charged full price.
And apparently no one on the team thought to walk across the street and buy a bag of rice.
This is basic restaurant management. If you’re out of a core ingredient, you communicate it. You don’t quietly remove it from orders and hope customers don’t notice.
I’m done with this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The food has always been average, and the only reason I went was convenience. After today, even that isn’t worth it.
