Do not order from this location. Online order is incorrect every time. What is the point of paying for extra toppings on your sandwich if they do not add them. Also a simple cut in half option selected they cannot comprehend. This place needs a new employee structure from the top down.

Person taking order was rude.
Couldn’t eat right away. Just opened sandwich and I ordered a club lulu. No turkey on the sandwich, just bacon cheese lettuce and Mayo. There’s also a hair and plastic wrap on my sandwich. Called and all the could do is offer a replaced. love Jimmy Johns but will never eat at this location again. Called and told I can come get another sandwich. What for them to spit in it? Ha no thanks.

Back to the Basics
Ordered a DOUBLE meat roast beef sub that came with absolutely NO MEAT ON IT. That’s all I have to say about that… Offered to send a new one & it took an hour to receive. I had to call the Store back to inquire where my food was because I thought they forgot to re-make it. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude when I asked where my order was and stated “Yeah we don’t keep track of the delivery driver, he will get it there when it gets there” so I requested to speak to the Manager and he said the exact same thing. No apology or understanding that my lunch break was now over and I had to wait an hour after my lunch for my food. This location needs better management and staff or shut it down. Horrible first experience, from the reviews it seems like it’s the normal here sadly!

We went inside and immediately two workers who were laying down on the booths popped up from their naps lol and I realize they weren’t busy but there’s always something else to do when there’s no customers. I actually found it funny and laughed out loud but the girl who made the subs didn’t wash her hands before she put on her gloves and later at home my son found a pubic hair on the inside of his wrapper
We have only recently started coming to this location and I think it might be the last time for awhile at least.

I had to redo my review.
Today, idk who, between 7-8pm, made me the best sandwich I could ever ask for. Veggies were were clean and chill, meat, bread and cheese was perfectly toasted. I usually get a #10 but today I tried that new toasted chicken bacon ranch and it was done perfectly. Hands down my new favorite (freaky) fast food. A++

I just came from Jimmy John’s. It was our first time going and will be out last. I ask about several subs and received no help except I did get some rolled eyes from the little girl taking my order. The guy who made the subs offered little assistance and the one standing behind them offered absolutely none except their browsing on their phone. I received my subs threw up on counter no bag no thank you nothing. Do something with your help. Teach them the value of customer service.

Came to order and my usual order was double the price. I figured he was new so I asked why. And he said it was the drink and the chips lmao. Stepped away from the counter and went to their app on my phone and the same exact order was half the price. When I took it back to the manager he tried to gaslight me saying I have to ask for some special when I’ve literally ate here consistently for years, same meal and everything. I understand stuff is going up in price but when the app is saying is $8 less than what you are saying in the store at the register there is a problem there. Watch their fingers as you order, or I’d recommend you order through their app and pick up in store.
