I ordered a giant sub with extra meat and extra cheese i called to tell them that wasn’t what I got and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and I should call back tomorrow also said I had already called when I had not the guy then said well we can’t do anything about it so call tomorrow we’ll be open. This all occurred at 7:30 food was picked up at 7:20 took it back and they it’s got meat on it still didn’t get what I ordered or payed for this is the best way to lose loyal customers.

Took my husband here because I tried it for the first time in a manager meeting and it was so good so I gushed to him how great it was and he had to try it. When we went in it was a bit busy which is okay but it was our first time to eat in so after we ordered we sat down and I didn’t realize they didn’t bring it to the table or brought it to the front of the counter that was totally on me. When we got our sandwiches the girl that gave me my sandwiches made a comment to her coworker “these people are stressing me out” which was kind of rude. Then when I got to my husband I opened my sandwich and realized it was made wrong. I got the chicken bacon ranch but only wanted the chicken bacon and cheese, but it had everything but the bacon on it. I got back in line and it was still pretty busy it took a minute to get someones attention again and when I got in front of an older woman I explained her what happened and she just looked at me turned around said to remake it and just kinda dismissed me. I wasn’t upset at first of the mistake because I work in food and I get mistakes happen but maybe she shouldn’t just dismiss people like they don’t matter and the other girl if this stresses her out maybe food business isn’t for her. You will genuinely lose people this way. I just asked for my money back and definitely won’t be going back.

This was the worst sandwich ever. I was so excited because I had enough points to get a free giant sub. I invited my son over to eat because he had never had a Jersey Mike’s. I asked to have half of it, Mike’s way and the other half mayonnaise, and everything else on it, except oil and vinegar. My bun was so hard when you picked it up. It would flake off and crack. There might have been a couple of little pieces of lettuce, one very thin tomato on each section. And, one of the four sections was supposed to be mayonnaise with everything on it, and it had mayonnaise and a pickle, I think, and that was it. I was so embarrassed because I had told him how good they were. And every time I got one before, it was really good. I don’t know if I’ll be back anytime soon. There are other sandwich shops in town. Although Jersey Mike’s was my favorite until today. I don’t know what happened if it were a different employee. Or the company has changed the way they make things.I don’t know, but I was not happy.

First off, this was our first ever time to eat at a Jersey Mike’s, and so, these are the 1st impressions:
The store looked clean, the staff were very friendly. We placed an online order, and it was ready at their pick-up shelf location when I arrived.
Our order was incorrect, however, and this is one of the reasons they didn’t receive 5 stars. The second reason is that I tried to call them about it, and no one picked up the phone.
The sandwich they messed up was an easy, no changes to it order; Giant Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak. Instead, we received a Giant Famous Philly.
I was already back home, and my husband had to return back to work.
We were very disappointed since it was our first time having JM’s sandwiches.

Great sandwiches. I’m never disappointed by the food here.
Be prepared to wait an extra couple minutes. Staff is very friendly but there is always some minimal delay. It’s a good reason to walk around and look at the photos on the wall.

Had the Philly & chipotle Philly cheese steak. They were good, nothing mind blowing, this was my first time to a Jersey mikes. Staff friendly, & meal was prepared after I ordered, so a little wait. Similar to a subway.

Value just isn’t there. The sandwiches are alright but not $30 for a large #7, 2 chips and 2 drinks and $2 tip. My daughter loves this place and it’s unfortunate I had to cut back from once a week to once every few months.

Not very happy about the brown lettuce we were served. Then the manager acted like he didn’t believe the lettuce was brown when we contacted him to let him know that the lettuce they had served us was not fresh when supposed to be cut fresh daily. If this was then it was definitely not stored properly or left out over the limited healthy time. What’s your thoughts?
