Ive been to numerous Chick fil A locations. .this one feels more like a McDonald’s. The food is okay where other Chick fil A locations have great food.
Ive been to this location a few times now and the service is by no means good. For dine in I have to wait almost 10 minutes and then they rush you through your order. Its like dine in customers are helped only after every other place is done.
Overall this does not change my love for Chick fil A but I’ll go only to other locations.

At the drive through before 7am, it was a twenty minute wait for four breakfast sandwiches. The biscuit was so thoroughly soaked in butter or grease that I could not pick it up to eat, it just crumbled into my lap. Hash browns tasted off, like old grease, and even after the wait were lukewarm. Staff was friendly enough, but that’s not enough to make up for poor food quality and service.

I always receive great service here but I wanted to specifically thank the workers today. I forgot to double check my meal and realized they forgot my chicken deluxe sandwich. I went back and they were apologetic and sincere. They returned with the sandwich plus extra fries!

I lLOVE Chick-fil-A. This is unfortunately the worst one I’ve been to. Usually there’s a mile long wait at any Chick-fil-A! Never here tho. Nuggets were crispier than any others I’ve ever had. Not the normal nuggets I’ve come to love & expect.

Food is always mediocre. Maybe try adding flavor. Nobody says “my pleasure” which I thought was the whole point of this place. Takes almost 3 times longer to get my order than any other chic fil a around. Once again shows how Michigan city can ruin almost everything.
I’ve been back a few times since my original review. Not much has gotten better. Every experience is either mediocre at best, or a complete let down. Last time was the most frustrating as I had placed a mobile pickup order through the drive thru. I get there and they can’t even find my name. After watching multiple cars behind me place orders and get their food before me, after probably 20 aggravating minutes, I finally get my lukewarm and mediocre food. Won’t be returning in the near future.

I specifically requested a small mac and cheese with my meal. Chalee decided to give me waffle fries instead. I explained that I didn’t ask for waffle fries, and she still charged me extra for her mistake. It was very rude, with no customer service, and two other customers in line were also complaining about their orders being made wrong.
