Super frustrating that this Taco Bell is the only local one to Murray you can order online for. This will be my last visit to this location. Each time I have ordered food here, none of the items I order are full of anything. 90% bitefuls of tortilla. I had a first bad experience a few months ago and Taco Bell asked to correct it. I waited a month or two to return to this location to hopefully correct this, and the portion sizes are even worse than my initial visit. Extremely disappointed in this location for the second and last time. Prices are high, and they still skimp. What a joke.

Soggy tortillas stuck to wrappers. Purchased a $3 cheesy potato bowl that was smaller than a portion of baby food. Spent $3 on ten guac packaged sauces. Ridiculous. $13 for $4 worth of food. Deleting app. Done with this garbage.

There was almost no chicken in my chicken Quesadilla, and a hair was in my sour cream. They also only gave 1/2 a Quesadilla. If i pay for a full quesadilla it is supposed to come with 2 tortillas, this is not honest.

Jeramey was helpful at the register. He helped me place my order. He was polite and friendly. My order was made correctly. My food was hot and ready fast. I haven’t been to Taco Bell since the late 90’s. The food has changed. I’m not a fan! I ordered take out. The place was clean.

I haven’t been inside but this is def my fav location to order from. They actually put good portions of meat in the tacos and they make the burritos right. I’ve been to too many locations in the past where that was not the case. The employee’s are always super nice and the drive through is always pretty fast even when they’re busy. It’s also right next to the dispensary…so that’s nice

They messed up on my order and gave me old food! But The lady was helpful and gave me an extra soft taco, but they messed up on my order even though they had me say it back 2 times. It was correct on the screen and then when I got to the drive-through window it had changed. The fries they gave me were old fries had no seasoning. The tacos that they gave us with sour cream on them only had a dot of sour cream in one spot.

The fact that people willingly subject themselves to what is the worst customer experience in the history of fast food in order to get the stalest chalupa shells on the planet is unconscionable. THREE UP-SELLS PER ITEM. THREE. PER. ITEM. Extra meat? Spicy? Extra sour cream? EVERY ITEM. IT TAKES 10 MINUTES TO ORDER 2 THINGS. Taco Bell’s downfall will be studied by future business students and this location’s photo will be in the textbook. Change this building to a drive through colonoscopy and it would be a more pleasant experience – spicy with extra sour cream, please.

Completely disgusted at the state of this establishment. If this is what the lobby looks like I am absolutely terrified to know what the kitchen looks like. These guys on night shift are always my favorite. Ive been sung at, I’ve gotten to be part of some inside jokes, they are true to themselves, sassy and full of personality. Absolute delight of the staff there every time I visit.

I have never been treated so well by a fast-food restaurant as I did tonight by this one. When my order was being taken I was asked specific things about my likes, he listened well enough to ask questions that made sure my food was okay to eat, I appreciated that a ton! Then when I drove to the window, the woman working noticed that I did not order a drink and said, ” you shouldn’t have to eat your dinner without a drink and the way the economy is, can I get you a complimentary drink?” And that was the deciding factor that made me stop in the parking lot and do a review on this way out of the ordinary trip to fast food dinner. So thank you
