Went on lunch break to get the new cheesy melt grilled steak burrito and this is what I got. No seasoned rice, no jalapeño sauce, and barely any cheese considering the product. The customer service was also extremely slow unprofessional all around disappointed

I was excited to have LJS as we don’t have one nearby. We traveled the 40+ miles. The food was so disappointing. I ordered 2 fish, I got 4 and 3 of the were not fresh. Rubber fish. The hush puppies were ok. Service was pleasant though.

We honestly went here to do something else besides eating the food. (Weird I know) But while we were here we got our selfs a snack. For some reason we were treated very nicely and even offered free drinks. The guy at the front (cashier) was very patient and went up and beyond. Something you really dont see often in fast food places.

I showed up just after sunset and none of the outside lights were on and I questioned if they were even open. I had trouble reading the drive-thru menu and when I mentioned it, the menu sign light turned on.
I asked about any sort of kid’s meal and their short answer was, “no.” There were no suggestions.
When I pulled up my food was already ready and they took my card, charged it, and shut the door. I wasn’t asked about sauces or utensils, and of course, none were in the bags. It tasted as if the oil needed to be changed and the 2 fish meal seemed that it should have more than 2 hush puppies. I also got a large fry and it seemed it was more like a small for almost $4 (see image).
After I ate in the parking lot and was pulling out, the outside lights came on. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
