First impression was negative, but I ended up liking this joint. I would eat here again. Feels like a mom & pop kitchen with lots of regulars, a nice, clean, and affordable grub spot smack-dab in the middle of town. Beer, wine and mixed drinks available. Dog friendly and plenty of seating.
The place was very busy when we arrived. Waited about 10 min for a shady outside patio table of 4. Service was very slow to bus the dirty table and take our drink order (45+ min after we sat). Once she brought our drinks and took our food order it was about 30+ minutes to get our food.
We all got burgers and fries, I got a baked potato. My burger was tasty and juicy, cooked med as ordered. My baked potato was served with butter and sour cream, but under cooked and a bit hard. I should have ordered the steak n gravy.
There’s plenty of inside seating as well as a large double deck patio 4-person tables with umbrellas and a couple of 2 person bar height tables. A solitary covered family-table sits tucked away off in the corner. In the evening the patio is lit up with cool string lights.
The place is bright and homey, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice even though they were hustling and bustling running around trying to take orders and serve drinks and meals. Everything I saw served looked great. And by the looks of it most of the customers were well familiar with this establishment.
I was initially annoyed by the long wait but understood that it was because they were short-staffed and very busy they just happened to get slammed while we were there and I won’t hold that against them.
The staff was kind and acknowledged the long wait. She apologized and thanked us for our patience. I felt bad, but happy to see they were very busy. By the end of our meal we all left happy.
Thanks for a nice evening!

Really like the waitress in there and the local feel. Nice outdoor seating. I have it a 2 star because VERY slow service for food to come out. We were the only table and ordered two sandwiches with fries and waited at least 45 minutes to get food. Normally I can make sense of the wait because it’s busy or understaffed but this didn’t make sense to me. Two cooks and no other tables yet 45 minutes to make a chicken and Cuban sandwich. Just perplexed.
That said, I will go back.

I always enjoy eating at The Divide when I visit Norwood and wish we had a restaurant like this in Telluride. The menu has a wide variety of tasty apps, dishes and deserts that are homemade with great care. Jamie always provides great service and you can tell she has a kind and serving spirit and cares deeply about providing for the community. I have not met the kitchen team but kudos to them too for making tasty eats and treats. We will be back again and again!

Whoever is in the kitchen is definitely working some magic. Everything is always wonderful each time I have stopped by. Best macaroni and cheese ever!

What a great asset to a small town. The selection is excellent and the service was equally great. My salad was surprisingly good. This is a must stop spot!!

We stopped in here to eat after going to Telluride and seeing it “prided out”. The town of Norwood was great, people were welcoming, and the food and drinks at this restaurant were great. They were very busy and only one waitress was working, but she kept it going around there and we really appreciated it. If you don’t like the snobbery in Telluride, you’ll like it here. Portions on the food were large, prices were pretty low, and the alcohol was made perfect.

Soup was supposed to be clam chowder, they ran out, asked if I wanted to substitute, said I’d take cottage cheese. Sorry, there’s a $2.00 up charge. Ordered prime rib med rare. It was well done. My friend ordered broccoli with cheese, that was $2.00 more but I wasn’t told that. The owner was worried more about food cost for a cup of cottage cheese than rather please a customer. My friend wanted a refill on her drink. Almost 15 minutes later she got her drink. We spent right at 3 hours there and $175, and she was worried about a Beasley cup of cottage cheese. I will never return and will post on every social media. Worst experience I’ve ever had
