We stopped by the Burger King on Highway 27 in Carrollton, GA, after a spontaneous little drive while listening to some comedy in the car. My mom suddenly said she was craving BK, and since my Baby loves playgrounds, we pulled into this one with the outdoor play area, and it ended up being the perfect spot for a quick stop.
The play area was awesome! My Baby was already out there playing while my parents stayed with her, and I waited inside for our order. I had a long day today, and I just wanted to get out of the house for a bit, so this stop made sense for all of us.
The highlight of our visit was RaeAnna, our cashier. She was such a sweetheart. She is kind, calm, and friendly from the moment we stepped in. She made the experience feel warm and welcoming.
Unfortunately, I asked about a military discount, and the lady in the back didn’t seem happy about it. Like it was such a bother to her. She mumbled something under her breath and gave off a not-so-friendly vibe. It honestly made us feel judged, and that part was uncomfortable and weird.
Still, RaeAnna really stood out. Her kindness made a big difference and kept the visit positive overall.
BK corporate should really consider offering military discounts, or if not, please don’t be staring me down or mumbling when I ask. It comes off rude.
My next statement and question would probably have been that, “I have served this country, have you?”
and take notes on RaeAnna’s customer service and give her a pay raise please.

I honestly love Burger King since it is just underrated. This location never fails to lose a single inch of trust on Burger King. The employee who took my order was a chill and nice person, and that’s what makes this location more of an underrated fast food chain, sadly you may never experience good service and good food in some locations, but trust me this one is different then those ‘other Burger King locations’. I ordered myself a Whopper, French fries, and a drink. And to add a little bit of flavor, I bought some sauce condiments. The burger is just hot, and it always is cooked to perfection. The fries are tasty and a bit crispy too. Also here is something that’s even better: whenever something isn’t right, this location’s employees get the job done. The interior is pretty clean, & that also goes with their bathrooms and tables. I’ll definitely come back to this location again!

I had grown up on Burger King and it always loved it. Unfortunately I lived in a small town in Ohio to where the Burger Kings were ran down and basically disgusting. This one on the other hand has made me change my mind about Burger King again. I am now a fan and I will eat here again and again and again. This is a great restaurant and the staff is great.

honestly the first couple of times , i let it go but there have been numerous times i order, and it’s completely wrong. i asked for no lettuce , add bacon and cheese (which is approximately $2 extra on top of the cost of the sandwich) in which i got a ton of lettuce , no bacon and no cheese. i tried calling and got no answer so it is a little frustrating. i only want what i asked for. this was also a mobile order so i know for a fact i put my specifications and know that there’s no way you can mess it up unless you just simply didn’t read …

I used to go to this location twice a week for breakfast. The usual morning crew is fantastic. But this morning I was met by a lady I had never seen before who flat out refused to take my payment at the second window and said I needed to back up to the first window. As a former repeat customer, I can’t count the number of times I have drove by the first empty window, as it was today, and paid at the second window. After Miss Attitude refused to take my payment today, I simply drove away and will not return. Based on today’s horrible customer service, I do NOT recommend this location. I went down the street to McDonald’s and got the same items for a dollar less and they were very friendly.

I went to BK for 2 wraps and i asked for the same chicken they put in their wraps. They gave me this and im calling BS. I ordered a Fiery chicken sandwich and few days ago and it wasn’t this small.
