This Chipotle location has its ups and downs. The service is impressively fast, which is great when you’re in a hurry, and the location is convenient with plenty of parking. There’s also a restroom available, which is a plus. However, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The floor was noticeably dirty, likely due to the rush, some tables were messy with spills like water or drinks. Some tables also felt disorganized and crumbled. While the convenience and speed are great, they really need to step up their cleaning game to make this a more pleasant spot to eat.

I was there at around 3, the guy that was preparing the food was so nice and helpful!!! There was a guy upfront that was being so rude to the cashier and then the GM came to intervene. Honestly, gotta give it to that GM because he was so much more respectful to that guy (who was being rude and dramatic over paying for a side of chicken…) than I would have been. Will absolutely come back!!! Terrific customer service and amazing food!!!

This was my second time at Tempe marketplace chipotle. And I’m still very disappointed. First off they give you a half scoop of rice then have an attitude when you ask for more same with everything. They also give you a half scoop of protein but I don’t dare ask for more because I know that I would be charged more. But I ask for 1 tortilla on the side and I get 2 make that make sense. I’m from Ohio and I’m use to being able to share my bowl or saving some for later these bowls here are so ridiculously small you don’t have enough to share or save for later. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS ONE.

We ordered through DoorDash and got 3 burritos. The first issue was they were all different in size and inconsistent. We ordered guacamole and it had part of the peel in it. And after a few bites into my burrito there was plastic that was sharp in it! I couldn’t eat the rest because I was disgusted and disappointed!

This bogo was THE WORST experience ever. Was there around 7 pm to order two bowls. My bowl was being made wrong while in line so I stopped them. I ordered corn salsa and she put regular salsa on it. When I told her that wasn’t the right one, she asked me in a snotty tone, “ you won’t eat it?” …. If I would have wanted that, I would have ordered it but I don’t like tomato! So she dumped it, went to make a new one and then started making THAT ONE wrong. When I pointed it out she rolled her eyes at me. After we paid, I saw another girl working on guac… what was she doing? Mixing the nasty brown into fresher guac so no one would know. Oh I saw you girl! Your soda was flat. When we got home my boyfriend’s bowl had the wrong meat. Steak and carne look similar. Isn’t carne extra? Like $2 extra? Isn’t guac extra?!!! Thank you for my crappy dinner slop and crap service. We were regulars and we will never go back. Your company can’t get ANYTHING right… chips were stale btw. So 100% was wrong and garbage

I’ve got many Chipotle, but this one doesn’t provide enough. This is extra lettuce. Not only lettuce though, the amount is not enough. Lack of effort and no good business for customers. Needs improvement. If I were the owner, I wouldn’t accept this because I don’t simply not satisfy. Btw, the floor looks never clean during day time.

This was my inaugural visit to Chipotle Mexican Grill in Phoenix. The establishment was pleasant, with a swiftly moving line and prompt service. We opted for a chicken bowl and a burrito bowl. While the food was flavorful and satisfying, the portion sizes seemed slightly small for the price. Additionally, I would appreciate more vegetable options beyond the standard salad mix for the bowl. Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive, offering a healthy dining choice. I intend to visit again.

Just ok if in a pinch for food. The salad portion was very small for the price ($9.50) and unsure how tofu and steak could cost the same price? Seems unfair as tofu, vegetables and beans are some of the cheapest foods you can eat. The tables were very dirty inside even though it wasn’t very busy and the trashes were overflowing.
