I was struggling to get my car to work on the online discount. So I went in and asked if they would be able to apply the discount in store.Because the online wasn’t working.And the lady in the store was incredibly rude. Just kept cutting me off and not letting me finish what i’m trying to say.Even though I was being completely nice. I figured it out. I just had to use the browser instead of the app.I guess cause the app wasn’t working. But the lady was just very dismissive, and acted like I was bothering her. The gentleman in the store was nice. I’m glad he was the one that ended up making my sandwich because I didn’t want any of her negative attitude touching my sandwich. I get it’s the end of the night after a long day. But I’m also getting off for work after a long day. And someone being rude to me just for a simple question that could have just been, i’m sorry, no, it was very uncalled for. She has long black hair.I didn’t catch her name. I used to like going to the subway but after that, I probably won’t ever go there again.

Still sick from last night after eating the steak on one of my subs. I’ve been violently sick and throwing up all night, don’t act surprised at all when an audit happens and shut you guys down for GOOD. It’s better to go grab fresh ingredients than to be THAT LAZY and throw old ingredients that would knowingly make the customer sick. Negligent behavior I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The people here are always friendly and the sandwiches perfect but don’t order delivery because you pay way more for half the food….this is not double meat….and I ordered chocolate milk and got white and I ordered later to avoid them having to make the food in the middle of a rush, but 2 hours before closing…Why does a customer get exactly what they want but not get the same quality when the food is delivered? What happened to taking pride in your work?

Have eaten here several years. Always nice service. The quality of the food has shrunk a lot. First the habanero wrap was taken away, then a change in meats and cheeses, tortilla wraps completely gone now and I just found out today that they don’t have pizza anymore. I enjoy receiving the rewards, that’s an incentive, but not worth the lot less choices you have.

Ordered for curbside, never came out, went inside and only had 2 customers. Got home, wrong sizes and subs. They got the cookies right and 1 sub out of 4. Called multiple times, no answer. I go back to the store and the skinny little guy was mouthy and had 0 customer service skills. The lady was very polite. He needs training or kicked to the curb! Left with 2 6” subs and made due with the wrong subs. Complete ignorance.
