I was SO close to writing a 1 star review when I went through the drive-thru after placing an online order, and I noticed I got a cheeseburger with regular onions instead of the onion rings I requested; however, they handled this SO well. I sent my bf back in to ask them to fix it, and they didn’t hesitate one bit. They let me keep the old burger, and they corrected the problem- even threw in a free small fry on top of it. They went above and beyond to fix the problem, and I really appreciate their service.

This is THE WORST BURGER KING EVER.
LOOK AT THE PICTURES
I ASKED FOR A FRESH MADE HOT 9FF THE GRILL WHOPPER.
I asked for no pickles and light mayo.
Look at the burger king commercials and look at the sign in the store.
Depicted is a very nice whopper.
Look at what was served to me.
Rallys has a better hamburger than Burger King.
Very said that I asked the manage to make it hot and fresh off the grill not the trash I was served 2 weeks ago.
Three months ago
This is the best Burger King around the Lancaster’ area. If you want French food this is the Burger King to come to. If you want old stale food that sits room in a universal holding bis the holding bin go to other Burger king’s.. The manager of this Burger King takes pride in his restaurant Brant and delivers excellent food every single time period

Awful service. Ordered off the app, left half the items out of the bag. Everything is cold and gross, sodas are flat as heck. No sauces. Called to see how I can get a replacement, manager was rude told me I chose the app so i need to work in app. Absolutely crappy location- will NEVER be back

Every time I go here they mess up my order. If I order a whopper they add cheese even though I don’t ask for it. Then if I ask for no cheese they put cheese on anyway! It never fails. Every time I come here they ruin my food. And I can’t just suck it up and eat it anyway because I’m allergic to dairy products. They do not care whatsoever. If I go in to get my burger remade they avoid me for at least 10 mins every time. Do not recommend going there ever.

They NEVER have shakes at night, they always claim its “down” when in reality they just shut it off so they dont have to clean it, and that’s what an employee told me. Also, they food is old, not fresh, sandwiches are just thrown together, fries and nuggets are cold or stale like they’ve been sitting a while. Not happy with the service, always have to wait for the food and they never put condiments in the bag, you always have to ask for them afterwards- even if you tell them you want it when you order. Every time I pull up after work there are employees sitting outside smoking by the front door, they go in when they see you pull up. I dont like being lied to, and I dont like the attitude..

I got trapped in the drive through for over 30 minutes waiting to just order. I should have known better given it was lunch and there were only 4 cars in the drive through (locals know better). Anyway, they have a duel lane thing for ordering and I got stuck between the guy trying to order and the person behind me. When I got to the window they said to please wait. I waited 10 minutes and then just left. Whole lunch break shot. Between the yelp reviews and Google reviews going back years I would say to avoid this location completely. It’s obviously mismanaged.

Burger King has really stepped up their game. They have a new rewards program that is easy to use and gives free food quickly plus great coupons. The food I have received has always been tasty and hot. The associates are friendly and helpful, Kudos!

One of the worst places in Lancaster when it comes to service. I put in a mobile order trying to save time on my lunch break. When I walked in I saw them finishing bagging up my order. When they finished bagging it up instead of handing it to me they left it behind the counter where I couldn’t get it and ignored me for 13 minutes. The whole time I was trying to get their attention but they kept avoiding eye contact. This is not the first time this has happened and one of the times it was some skinny guy after I got his attention he said “I’m busy!” and stormed to the back where I could hear him cussing about me as if I was the rude one for asking for my order I could see plain as day sitting right next to him. If I want burger king I’ll drive across town before I stop here again
