I made a stop here while traveling to downtown Dothan. Clean restaurant overall. There was some trash in the bathrooms, but an employee serviced both bathrooms while we were there.
I ordered the 2 piece chicken with double fries. It was ready in less than three minutes. It was a LOT of fries, and they were hot. The chicken was good, although Jack’s breading is a bit much for me. Personal preference.

Food was delicious as usual The bacon burger is really good and very filling, and the chocolate chip cookies are amazing! When we walked in there was a long line of customers waiting but only a few workers. They were all working hard to get each order done, but especially Lisa. She was very kind and greeted me when I was ordering. Apparently she just started working there and was still learning but to me she seemed to do very well. Despite customers impatient aditude she remained kind and continued to do her job the best way she could. Even after needing a break Lisa immediately started back working as soon as she could. Switching between cash register and fulfilling orders! She along with everyone else was working very hard. Her kind aditude and willingness to work despite others aditude towards her was definitely a highlight of my day!

As a government employee with over 44 years of service, I travel the same route to work each day and stop by Jack’s on Main Street in Dothan about three mornings a week for breakfast. The service there has been consistently spectacular. The employees provide phenomenal customer service and treat every customer with genuine respect.
I wanted to share that if more restaurants were managed the way this one is under Alicia’s leadership, the standard of service everywhere would be outstanding. She is very attentive, takes pride in her work, and is truly committed to keeping her store operating at a top-notch level.

All the side order bowls were not full. Gravy had a spoon full of less than half full. Mash potatoes again less than half. Coleslaw less than half. Was all cold. Also asked for large sweet tea and got unsweetened tea. I’m very upset with this.

The Food was disgusting! they messed up my order! I just came from my doctors. I’m a 40 year old female and my dad went with me. He got a cheeseburger and, the loaded Mac and cheese. He said the burger didn’t taste good but the mac and, cheese was good to him. I ordered the chicken stripe combo. I did not get chicken strips but dried nuggets. I didn’t want a Coke I wanted tea. They even forgot my drink until I said something. Also the mac and cheese was kind of gross especially the bacon. I should have said I wanted honey mustard but I didn’t. I just thought it, would be where the mustard and other condiments were. The ranch dressing didn’t taste good either.
Also the floors were nasty your shoes could easily slide. The bathrooms were nasty. My dad and I are never coming back! Also there was extremely long wait and there’s nobody there. The women were too busy talking and being on their cell phones!

I am 63. I am from the south. Jacks is hands down the best food I’ve had. This is my 1st visit! The BBQ rib sandwich was good but the country fried steak dinner was terrific! I had the mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans with a biscuit. Just terrific. 1st visit. Wow.

Jacks once was my favorite..green beans so bland no seasoning,coleslaw bland & dry. Ordered 2pc meal asked for a Breast & Paid the up charge for a breast..I got what looked like 1/2 of a thigh.. & 2nd piece was a leg, smallest I’ve Ever seen. What is going on! 0f course this was all discovered when I got home and opened the meal..it was not busy when I ordered so that’s not an issue. Staff friendly, no issue ever with the staff…please just refund my money.

If I could give no stars I would but 1 is the lowest that it’ll let me go. I ordered coleslaw and it was pretty much nothing but liquid The chicken tenders were cold didn’t even provide utensils to eat my coleslaw gave no napkins whatsoever in the bag the staff was extremely rude in the drive-through when I tried calling about my order when I seen it they don’t even answer the phone Didn’t provide military discount which they’re supposed to worst location I’ve been to
Update: spoke to Alicia the store manager, she is doing what she can to rectify the situation an I will give them a chance to correct there mistake. When a company takes ownership of their mistakes it’s commendable and shows good

Alicia is the absolute best. I stop by every morning and she is always smiling and making sure my order is perfect. She definitely knows customer service. I appreciate her for making my visits pleasant ☺️
