I am currently in here after an 8 + hour train ride in 0 degree weather (which feels like -21 , which is just wrong) and I came to this local pub to warm up and wait for my friend to pick me up . The very warm and welcoming bartender noticed that I was freezing and immediately told me to sit by the furnace to warm up. She gave me these awesome spicy green beans and pickles to snack on while I warm up at wait . That is the type of hospitality I would expect from a bar that knows me in my home town . Bless this woman and her establishment !! Thank you so much !!

Great local pub across from the Amtrak station. Stephanie, the bartender was welcoming. She stayed open for my sister while waiting for my train. Enjoyed a beverage and was introduced to the “ticket game.” After we left, I realized I’d left my knapsack! When we got back to the bar, Stephanie was still there, hoping we would return before she locked up. Thanks Steph!

One of the friendliest hole in the wall pubs inhave ever been to. Not only were the satff great, but the other patreons (including some dogs) were very laid back and welcoming. Fun atmosphere with great drinks and some snacks if you get hungry. Will definitely be back!

The Owner and folks at this establishment are amazing. I talked to 3 different employees and they love Jim. Not sure what Dan’s axe to grind might be, but sounds unfounded. Look in the mirror Danny. I was told you never even worked there. What a shame to rate this awesome gathering place a 1. It is #1 and has earned a 5/5! Maybe you are just a bit confused…
