I went for a solo weekday lunch and got to pick my own seat on their patio. I went with the maki lunch which is choice of 2 rolls from the list and soup or salad. I got the salad, Miami roll and Hawaiian roll made with tuna. I also got salmon sashimi which comes with 3 pieces. It came out quickly and my waitress was pleasant. My 1 qualm is the rolls were a little sloppy; they fell apart as soon as I picked them up and the rice was sloppy and not tight. The fish was fresh and tasty but yeah the rolls couldn’t been tighter. I will return.

Update: Ordered take-out. The webpage for ordering was intuitive and easy to use. After placing the order, the status of your order is tracked and displayed. The food was available when the app said it would be.
We had the Shrimp Gyoza dumplings were an excellent appetizer. The Singapore Noodles entre was also excellent. The Miso soup that came with the entre was very good. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and added this to our list of favorite take-out meals.
The atmosphere is about as Japanese as can be practically replicated in Delmar, NY. Though we did take-out, the restaurant appeared to be well appointed when I picked-up the order.
The pictures inside the restaurant were taken about 5 PM on a Sunday when it was not yet busy. However, the take-out holding area had several meals waiting to be picked-up.

So delicious! Service was wonderful, accommodating. Great value for the amount of food, especially lunch boxes! Spicy edamame was a nice twist. Butternut squash soup with miso and a bit of fresh apple to start. Highly recommend.

Friends who were visiting from California found this place online. We live nearby but had not been here before. It really exceeded all expectations with delicious sushi, sashimi, miso soup, tempura and salads. Our friends are from the L.A. area and were very impressed by the freshness and quality. absolutely delicious! Attached is a photo of the geisha rolls that I ordered. My favorite dessert is the green tea mochi. My aunt got the tempura ice cream which she loved. This is currently my favorite restaurant and I think it would be yours too if you gave it a try!

Always fresh. Best sushi in the area. Originally I rated this as 5 stars but starting in 2025 they now use fake wasabi. Bright mint green and mostly horseradish. That’s a no go for a legit sushi restaurant
