I placed an order for a Toasted Italian Herb & Cheese Bread sandwich with Oven Roasted Turkey (hot) and light mayo .I was given Italian bread with cold meat and excessive mayo.
When I politely brought this to the employees’ attention(A Guy With Glasses), instead of correcting the mistake, he and the manager became rude and disrespectful, even cussing at me and telling me to leave the store and never come back. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when I was simply asking for the order I had paid for to be made correctly.
I have always enjoyed Subway, but this experience left me very disappointed and uncomfortable. I hope management will address this situation with the staff to ensure better customer service and professionalism in the future.

There is a guy with glasses, he just stares with a horrible face waiting for u to hurry and talks with an ugly attitude, when I asked what was available he didnt even want to talk and offer, since I wasnt able to see the meats, we walked out asap.. if he doesnt feel like working he should just quit and go home, its always the same horrible service with him. This happened around 5pm

Didn’t have bread all they had was flat bread, no soups, and I had ordered online and the app didnt say anything. I also ordered the Gilmore cup and they were outta stock and wouldn’t return my money for the $3 cup i bought. Im going to weslaco or la feria next time. So disappointed!!!!!!

Stopped during lunch, not very crowded but still a steady stream of patrons. Ordered a turkey wrap, it was good. Wait staff was friendly and courteous.

I’d like to give a shout-out to the gentleman who prepared my sandwich this evening at 8pm on 10/24/24. He provided exceptional customer service, paying close attention to detail. It’s rare to see such care, and it made my experience stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back! It’s always nice to encounter great customer service at a restaurant.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to in all the years it’s been in business. I’m 42 so I’ve been to many. The drive thru intercom hasn’t worked in years. You have to drive up to the window to order. It usually takes about 2-5 minutes for any worker to come to the window to take the order and about 10-13 minutes for them to get the order to you, for just three foot longs. This was my last experience at this Mercedes Tx.location and I will not be back anymore. It seems like they’re short staffed every time I would go into the lobby to order or dine in. One person working on the bread, taking orders and getting the orders for the drive up window. Sad but there needs to be some adjustments here.
