Nice and quiet in the daytime, pool leagues get pretty busy, as well as evenings.
Good food, 6-7 pool tables, dart boards, slot machines, outdoor patio, seating for food, and good bar…still a cool place
While doing that, a woman who appeared to be a customer came over and grabbed the glasses off the table without saying a word, didn’t wipe the table, and walked away. Later, that same woman—who appeared intoxicated—began inserting herself into our business at the bar, telling the bartender to check IDs for people at our table. Ironically, my ID was never checked, even though I was the one purchasing the drinks.
When I questioned the inconsistency, I was told IDs are checked for everyone, yet the bartender admitted she wouldn’t do the same for people she “knows.” When I asked to speak to a manager, the woman admitted she was the manager, despite being off-duty, drinking, and behaving rudely. She rushed the conversation and spoke disrespectfully.
When I requested a refund, I was initially given only $4 back from $40 cash and had to wait over 10 minutes for the rest. When it was returned, it was done with attitude. To make matters worse, the manager then gossiped about me and my family to nearby patrons, including comments about one of the women with me. Overall, this experience showed poor management, unprofessional behavior, and what felt like discriminatory treatment.

Now here’s the numbered breakdown of what was wrong, clean and clear:
1..Table sanitation failure
The table was dirty and sticky with glasses and trash. No staff addressed it, forcing a customer to clean it themselves.
2..Unidentified interference
An off-duty individual grabbed alcohol glasses without identifying herself, explaining why, or completing the cleaning. This caused confusion and escalated the situation unnecessarily.
3..Inconsistent ID enforcement
The bartender did not check the ID of the person purchasing alcohol but attempted to check IDs selectively at the table. Admitting enforcement depends on who staff “know” is inconsistent and discriminatory.
4..Off-duty manager misconduct
The manager was off-duty, drinking, and still intervening in operations. She was dismissive, rude, rushed the conversation, and created a hostile environment.
5..Improper refund handling
Only part of the refund was initially returned, followed by a long delay and hostile behavior when the remainder was given back.
6..Gossip and discriminatory remarks
Management openly discussed and mocked customers with nearby patrons, including comments about appearance, which is unprofessional and inappropriate.
Also have very nice pool tables.
