Store had an amazing atmosphere. I was greeted with the most friendly staff, I felt welcomed. Food and service was on point. Store was beautiful and clean, had a beautiful pizza to take home to my kids.

I walked in tonight after a sucky day and the employee looked at me weirdly and said, “Why does everybody want Papa John’s tonight?” Oh- I am an unwanted client? Good to know. They also failed to add the garlic sauce to my pizza. Ugh. I will go to another location next time.

This is the best pizza I found since we moved here. You have so many choice and can build your own. They are always busy but you never have to wait long. Delivery is pretty fast, the pizza is still hot, and the drivers friendly.

The past 3 times I’ve ordered delivery, it’s been over an hour and a half delivery time. The first time I never said anything. The second time, I called (after almost two hours of not having my pizza) and explained that I was upset because this was repetitive. The manager apologized and offered me a free pizza (which I never got) and he did offer me a refund but I didn’t want to stiff the driver out of the tip so I said that’s okay. Then this last time, I got a delivery estimate time of 54-64 minutes….I checked on the tracker an hour later and it still said the same time that it said an hour prior. I called and told them I would come pick it up considering I could have had it sooner that way anyway if they would have just let me know. But what’s the point of getting delivery if you just have to pick it up anyway? They never offered me a refund. I think one of the drivers offered me a drink or something when I got there but I declined. I’d rather have good customer service considering they’re on the pricey side and I ALWAYS tip well. I won’t be ordering there again. Sucks because it’s the only place that will deliver to my house in the area. But I’m tired of being a loyal customer to a company who doesn’t even care.

You would think a major chain pizza place would have change for a 50 my pizza was 15. I saw the sign no bills larger than 20 so I had to go to a store down the road, no big deal but that was the worries pizza I ever had little to no sauce rubber crust and not near the Is pepperonis that a shaqaroni pizza should have on it. I will not be going back. Just a warning to the rest of you.

Had a delivery order scheduled this past Sunday but due to an error, it was placed as pickup. After an hour I contacted this store and spoke to the manager who was kind enough to resubmit the order as delivery and send out fresh pizzas. Great customer service and tasty food!

The store itself did a good job on the pizza.. but I DO NOT recommend calling in an order. The “call center” that takes orders for Papa John’s now is horrible! What should have been a 5 minute call was 15 minutes because they kept trying to upsell me with every item I ordered. I also had to repeat my card number 3 times for them to tell me there was an issue and to pay at the store. Only rated 2 stars because the pizza itself was good, the ordering process would be 0 stars.
