We had a celebration of life at Weathervane. Angela, their event planner made everything easy for us.It is difficult to know for sure how many attendees will come for such an event, and when more people came than planned, the weathervane team jumped in and took care of setting up extra tables and arranging for more food. They made it all happen seamlessly. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. The Caesar salad , chicken piccata, sirloin and pasta were all great. The lasting impression though was how Angela and her team worked to make it such a great event . Her willingness to jump in and help personally was impressive and what we all would love to see in an event manager, but often don’t . This was my 1st time at this venue and I would definitely return and also recommend it to others.

This place was a nice choice, The food was good just good there was no wow factor. I ordered my steak chips, medium rare only one tip came out, medium rare all the others came out medium, but they were well seasoned so I didn’t say anything. The mashed potatoes I think were instant potatoes, they were just bland.
My daughter, she got the shrimp scampi and she said it was very good a limited amount of shrimp though . My husband got the shepherds pie and he said it was full of flavor, full of meat and potatoes.
So overall, this is a nice place to come for a couple of drinks and a quick meal I would come during golf season so you can see the nice views from the dining and bar area of the restaurant. They have outdoor seating as well with the beautiful views of the golf course .
Our waitress was nice, but she seemed a little anxious, but we don’t know why because the place was empty!
I will definitely be back in 2025 to see the beautiful views

Very nice place to eat on the golf course. My brother and his wife took us to Weathervane for dinner. My sister-in-law and I got the scallops and they were delicious. My son got the steak and was very pleased with his selection. The atmosphere was great and made for a nice experience. Definitely try the Weathervane, you won’t be disappointed!

We recently attended a thank you dinner put on by a financial advisor we have been with for years in the function room here. The room was very nice, huge windows all around, to take in the great views of the golf course outside, and the food was outstanding! We had been here before for dinner a couple of times and we’ve always had good luck with the food and service. I highly recommend the restaurant, and if you have a function you’re looking for a place to host, I would also highly suggest their function room. I haven’t actually golfed there yet, but my son has on multiple occasions and told me it’s a great course. I guess I’ll have to take his word for it for now!

Had lunch with a friend at Bar on a Tuesday. The bartender (older male, kinda scruffy) was nice, but he was more interested in chatting with the 6 older gentlemen on other side of bar. They came in after us. Our food amwas taking longer than usual, it wasn’t busy. We asked him about it, he said they usually bring it out, he goes out back and voila, there it was. After delivering our food, he never asked how everything was, had to ask for more water, another glass of wine, he never came back until we asked for the bill. We’ve always had a great server, very attentive. I’ve been in the restaurant biz for over 30 years as a GM, and was just disappointed with the service. Our food is always great.

Baked haddock was great, risotto was some of the best I’ve had. Filled with zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, cherry tomatoes, bacon and they do not skimp on the scallops! Amazing dish. The mac n cheese was also top notch, definitely recommend. The tuna tartare had too much large chunks of cucumber, not enough tuna. All around great place to eat.

The kitchen staff has really stepped it up in the last year. We’ve tried a variety of dishes and haven’t had a single bad bite in the last several visits. We’ll be back again and again.

Had dinner with friends there this past Wednesday. “Phil” was our server. He was excellent! Knowledgeable re the menu and cocktail choices when we had questions.
The food was also excellent nicely presented and elegantly served.
Our only concern was that the bar area was quite noisy and a bit difficult for conversation.
