Ordered 2 Jumbo Jack burgers on SOURDOUGH
The SOURDOUGH on the burgers had the oil/butter on them but we’re in no way toasted or grilled…. maybe they were warmed up but definitely NOT TOASTY. This changes the flavor of the whole burger. I was very displeased. I looked up the location of this restaurant on Google… the town in which I purchased the order was Corrigan, TX, however, Google has the location as Livingston, TX which is quite a few miles south of Corrigan. I called the # for the store that Google listed…. it was UNAVAILABLE.
NOT HELPFUL and very frustrating. I have NEVER had this happen EVER at a Jack in the box. The worst part about it is.. we were on a trip through there and didn’t get to eat our food for another 15 to 20 minutes so because we don’t even live near the area, we couldn’t run back up yo the restaurant and show them the issue with the order. I will be avoiding this location in the future.
It’s extra frustratthat I cant even talk to an employee on the phone. Oh…. and the phone # listed was a CALIFORNIA number. Really dude?!?!? I’m in TEXAS.

Every time we go here they close at night.

You guys just opened, have online ordering available for hours you are closed. There’s nothing better than placing an order through the mobile app, go to get it, and the employee mopping saying you’re closed, you don’t have any orders. Funny thing is sure showed it being placed with a confirmation number, email confirmation, and bank charge. Don’t bother trying call the location either, voicemail is full. Sure appreciate the amazing service, food I paid for that I didn’t get, and late night hours.

The young man that took my order made a slight error on my drink when I attempted to point it out to be corrected as politely as I could he replied with a surly attitude and told me I never told him. He then remained in a poor attitude and placed my order at front counter without a word. When I asked if it was my order or the other gentleman’s order he ignored me. The other gentleman then asked the same question and the employee then turned and sneered it’s the ultimate. His attitude almost made me ask for a refund,
