As others stated, the quality has gone downhill. I ordered my meal ondoor dash and asked for extra vegetables for all my veggies, and this is what I received. I have attached my order to prove I asked for extra. None of the staff cared they messed my order up or offered to make it right. They also didn’t include my chips or Gatorade. I had to get someone else to drive and pick up what they messed up. How do you mess up a door dash order. A manager might need to train their staff. Do not go to this subway.

just ordered online for here and i go to eat and pick up my sandwich and everything falls out. the bread cooked funny so nothing stays inside. i called to ask about it and got hung up on. this is why i don’t like ordering for pick up but unfortunately they stopped accepting paper coupons. it’s a shame because i’ve never had a bad experience here and i choose this subway over the others in town.

Employees fought over who had to wait on me, we’re annoyed when I added 2 extra sandwiches, kid ringing me up said is that all this time, once someone put toppings on my sandwich they went in back never to help again. I was putting an order in for my employees. I’ll go to the Tower location, they’re very accommodating and kind.

Very rude worker right from the start . Neither were welcoming. The blonde who made my sub got mad because I asked for good looking cucumbers (all on top looked awfully bad). Then proceed to dump almost half a bottle of ranch on my 6inch sub . When I asked her to remake it she got even more mad and rude . Not impressed at all .

Ordered a HOT turkey sandwich. She asked if I wanted it toasted. I told her I never ordered one, but I wanted a HOT turkey sandwich. I wanted red onion and tomato. The young man started to wrap it, in asked if it was hot. He said “No”. I said she wanted it “Hot”. He put it in the toaster. I brought it home and she couldn’t find the cheese and the veg were soggy. She called and wanted a replacement. The person said I asked for it toasted. Said she would do nothing.

Just ordered from here terrible food !! bread is like it was sitting on counter for a day ordered a salad and you can tell when they made the food they didn’t put not one single effort in it they just slapped it together and called it good sand which was crusty and drenched in oil vinegar in the middle ! Wow just wow !

This is one of the best, well trained, sandwich artists Subway’s I have ever been to. No matter how busy I have seen them, they get the job done in a well paced team oriented fashion. Made me step back and appreciate the younger generation at work. I suggest the spicy Italian with all the veggies, hold the guac and a pass of the sriracha.

I’ve never written a review for a “fast food” restaurant before but this location definitely deserves a 5 star review. I’m not sure how long they’ve been open but my first impression was “it’s so clean, it must be brand new!” As a door dasher, I’m in and out of a lot of restaurants. I’m always happy to accept offers for here. Not only is the store clean, all of the staff that I’ve encountered have had top-notch customer service skills. They are quick to complete orders and treat dashers so well. Thank you!
