We use Grande Mozzarella/ Provolone Cheese and aged Pecorino Romano from Italy atop every pie at TEXAPOLITAN Pizza! All our meats are smoked in-house and desserts, dips & drizzles are made from scratch in-house daily! Our dough is a 3 day cold fermentation process to create a delicious and complex crispy crust with great flavor! TEXAPOLITAN Pizza is the amalgamation of NEDWETZKY Barbecue Central Texas Style and Neapolitan flavor inspired dough but TEXIFIED! Hands down some of the most delicious pizza I have had in eons!! The crispy crust! The 8 different cheeses!! The smoked meat! The service we got from the amazing cashier named Bianca was out of this world.

After we arrived the place got packed and thankfully we were able to get our huge pizza and enjoy it!

Highly recommend. Go early.

Absolutely fantastic pizza spot! We stopped in and wanted to try bbq pizza which was the special from last month and they were so kind and had all the things to make it so they cranked one out even though we were on a new month.

The other reviewers are right, the crust is the base of greatness that makes this pizza so good. The quality ingredients, care, and effort that is put into it comes through in every bite. All of the ingredients are quality and they even smoke their own meats. The red sauce is also outstanding. This is definitely not your average pizza!

Service was outstanding and the restaurant was inviting and super clean. Highly reccommended!

First time customer and can’t wait to go back! I had the Oh My Cheesus pizza and I loved it. The crust was so light and the cheeses definitely tasted high quality. I also really appreciate the size of the pizza so it’s easy to share with. Place was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially the cashier. i highly recommend for everyone to try it out.

So excited these guys are in Plano now!!! Stopped in for lunch yesterday and as always, they did not disappoint! We saw a post about the super secret off menu garlic bread and it was terrific. Made from scratch bread with fresh garlic, olive oil, spices and cheese served with their red sauce – I hope it becomes a regular menu item! For our pizza (they just have 18 inch, but you can order a slice if you want – not us, we want leftovers!) , we ordered one with Pork Belly (house smoked and fantastic), pepperoni cups (so crisp), jalapeno and onion. Crust was crispy and so flavorful! The pizza overall was just amazing, just as we expected. Friendly owners who care about your satisfaction is just icing on the cake. Now, in the interest of full disclosure, this is not pizza at cheap prices – it’s pricy by some standards, but you absolutely get what you pay for. It’s worth every penny and then some!! Can’t wait to go back!!

When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the owner, who then took time to explain their pizza style, and ingredients they use. We ordered the “El Presidente” with Cup and Char pepperoni, and it was phenomenal! The cheese blend tastes fresh and has the great flavors you only can get from quality ingredients.

From the owners, to the food, to the atmosphere, everything here is a 10/10!

The Ladies at Texapolitan Pizza know how to make some delicious Pies and it looks like a Fanbase is forming.
My Wife and I ordered a half Sausage and Basil and half Pepperoni and Garlic pizza with Dollops of Ricotta. When I got it home we were disappointed to find that the Garlic and Basil were missing. Regardless, we found the Pizza to be absolutely delightful.
Their Pizzas are a little bit pricey but the portions are absolutely huge and the quality shows a true level of detail.
I look forward to my Second Visit.

Popped in here on a whim for lunch since it was next door to where I was and man it is GOOD. I grabbed a slice of cheese pizza (way better than i anticipated for what it is) and the crab and mozzarella arancini (which was absolutely delicious). The owner was incredibly nice and you could feel the genuine excitement and happiness at the lunch crowd and the love they put into their food. Will absolutely go every time I get my nails done next door. Highly recommend. The service was a little bit slow but given the sudden rush and that it was just the owner and maybe 1 other person, it was honestly not bad and well worth a small wait. The food was hot and fresh!
